When I say this place is a waste of money, I mean that in the most straightforward and literal sense. We spent money at Patty Cakes and literally received nothing in return.



A while back my wife and I placed an order for a custom knit hat for our baby and were told it would be ready and shipped to our home in 10 days. It has now been 45 days and Lisa will not return our phone calls, still no hat. Mind you, it's already paid for. Also, it's been so long since we placed the order, we had no choice but to spend *more* money on other hats for our little one to keep her warm.



So now we're out a bunch of money and probably won't ever see a dime. Thanks, Lisa.
