I got my nails done here a few days ago. I wasn’t happy when I left, they were shutting the lights off and obviously it was time to close. One of my nails broke the next day so I came in today to get them fixed. One person said hello to me and asked what I needed, I said I needed a nail fixed and I wasn’t happy with the polish. The polish was horrible, missed half my nails and it was coming off. Finally after standing there looking (and feeling) like a fool after about three minutes with chairs open all over. The guy that I think owns the place looked at me and said sit down. The guy that did my nails said come here, I sat down and he looked at my broken nail, and went and got the same color I had on. I told him again I wanted to repolish they look awful. He began to do my nails and my buffing, he cut my finger and I started to bleed. No I’m sorry or oops! Some woman came over, said something in there language, he got up and left and she sat down. Here’s where the fun really starts! Never said one word to me.. handed me the colors to chose from and began talking to her possible husband? In there language, again... she grabbed my hand(s) pushed them under the light, still with not one word to me. I left after she told me to wash my hands. I’m not happy with my nails, again. I was so uncomfortable there it was crazy! This woman had such a foul look on her face... obviously very, VERY unhappy... I went to my car, took me a second to get ready to leave, looked up, she was staring at me through the window and mouthed WOW to me. I spend a good amount of money on my nails, work very hard for my money. I take my very little “me time” very serious. It’s rare. I will never spend another minute nor another dime in this place. Long story short... Very rude people all around. Don’t give them your business...
Horrible. ""They are so busy"" you can't get ever get ahold of someone. I wish there was a negative for customer service. save your money for a b…

I would give this place a zero if it was an option. The mani pedi I received was a joke, 2nd graders at a slumber party could have done better. The pedicure didn't have any cuticle trimming, callous treatment, or nail polish. I had to have the polish removed because it was so sloppy, so I asked for just a clear coat, which turned out not to be polish at all but a nail strengthener. The manicure was worse! No soaking, no lotion, and applied on my lap. Yep that's right, dry cut nails ( which hurts if you have tough nails), dry cuticle push back and cut so I still have cuticles, they are just jagged and lopsided now., it looks like my fingers went through a lawn mower. If you're used to having your nails done over a table then you should go somewhere else because they just hover over you and paint your nails in your lap here. Whatever they apply to your feet will leave a residue on your skin about an hour later.
Absolutely the WORST service I have EVER seen/hadTrust me, I have been all over the country and seen a great deal of incompetence and ignorance but this place takes the GRAND PRIZE GOLD TROPHY for the WORST in every aspectLets start with, we, 2 of us, ask for pedisOnly 1 of us is serviced while the other sits directly next to her with a towel draped across the foot pad only to be told 30 mins later they didn't realize she was waiting for one.. ? (really now? then explain why the towel was put out on her foot pad?}Moving on.. 1st. the gal doesn't listen to a word she was being told as far as the service that was desired.. only to be told her feet stunk.. are you serious? She had on flip flop sandals which she put on maybe an hour before arriving immediately after stepping out of the shower.. still, who says such a thing? She was rough and deliberately careless pushing the cuticles and trimming to the point of drawing blood.. her "massage" was just as brutal leaving large red marks all up and down her calves and along her feet ( especially in the heel area) She was asked to stop not even 1/4 of the way through and was transferred to another lady to simply apply acrylic and skip the pedi/paint.. upon expressing her disapproval, the woman became furious, yelling for her to get out, leave the salon as though her disapproval had been a lightening strike sent straight from God himself.. upon doing exactly as told, we were verbally attacked and physically advanced upon.. there had been 3 employees this entire time until the CRAZY came out and then all of a sudden there were atleast 10 of them and not a single one had a problem cursing like sailors in CLEAR ENGLISHThis can not even be articulated in any sense to express the sheer horror of this experienceFOR THE LOVE OF GOD,, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.. EVER
The gentleman that gave me my pedi today did a very good job. He was very nice and polite. Right away he took my coat and hung it up for me. He said please and thank you, carried my purse and shoes over to the drying station. He seemed to truly care that I was happy with my pedi and my experience at Chic Nails. I will definitely be returning to Chic Nails for my next pedi, and with the same gentleman!!
This is an excellent nail salon! The quality of the manicures and pedicures far exceeds the competition, but the prices are incredibly reasonable.I love this place!
This review applies only to Ariel, not any of the other stylists. I honestly wanted to have a positive experience here considering some of the reviews that I read. Even after being disappointed with the first hair cut (I basically was given a mullet, but was convinced to give it a try), I continued to book appointments because I know that it takes some time to get a sense of what a client wants. I even pointed out the things that I liked about his subsequent haircuts all the while explaining what didn't work, thinking that he probably wouldn't do a good job if he felt criticized. I feel like he explains what he wants to do in a way that makes you think you are going to walk out with an amazing hair style, but there were so many screw-ups and times when he obviously didn't listen to what I was asking for (which is his biggest problem, in my opinion, because a stylist should be nothing if not a good listener). I do not think he is worth the price he demands. He is mildly better than the stylists you find at the mall, but I don't think that is saying very much. I will continue my search for a great stylist elsewhere.
Wasn't impressed with the service/my hair cut. The stylist didn't do a good job washing my hair, and I left with it greasy. The stylist seemed disinterested in my comfort, not offering me a magazine while I sat there for 20-30 minutes for my highlights to sink in. The cut was uneven and blocky. I asked for layers and there definitely weren't any. For what I paid, this was not worth it. However, the stylist next to me seemed like she did a really nice job on her client. Will request her next time.
This was the worst haircut I have Ever had! The woman completely butchered my hair. I had been growing my hair out for a couple of years and didn't want to go any shorter than my clavicle. I just wanted a nice style and maybe a 1inch trim. What I was left with was at least 5 inches shorter and there is a random chunk in the back that is a good 2 inches shorter than the rest of it. It's completely uneven and looks like I was attacked by a weed wacker. When I complained the owner gave me a gift card. I didn't want to get another hair service there, but I figured I could use it to get my nails done. I figured since I had a $40 gift card I should be able to get acrylics. When I went to book the appointment I found out that acrylics there are around $80! I talked to the owner again and asked to just have my money refunded since they didn't have any other services that I could afford or would want and she refused. I've never had such a horrible experience.
Great service and prices. Make you feel better about myself and my look. I highly recommend Rock N Glam Salon
