I recently traveled for work and needed a rental car. Upon my checkin for my car I was told the computer crashed, this ended up causing them to charge my card twice but for two different amounts, both of which were far higher than I was quoted for my rental. I called and called the night I noticed the charges (day I rented) and was told the charge should clear in a day or two, it did. I was then charged another amount which I was later told for my Sunday rental that crashed on the computer. Called and called and emailed and it still is not reconciled, what a crappy way to do business and treat customers. I had the money to cover it but what if that happened and I didn't?????
Long wait in line when I'm exhausted was disappointed. Also, the instructions on how to return the car (and be charged appropriately) when there is no one at the counter was confusing. No receipt, no one there when I returned the car early. I have no idea if I was charged the right amount or not and that leaves me feeling a bit uncomfortab.e
Enterprise is becoming my "go-to" rental company in most locations due to ease and cost and service. That said, my experience at the Madison Enterprise was even better than expected. Starting with friendly, helpful service leading to a better than anticipated car.
Reserved a trailer one month ago, got a confirmation number, had our vehicle checked out by Uhaul to make sure it can tow. Now, two days before our reservation, Uhaul calls and says there is not a trailer available for us. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
Nice service, but a few things lacking...1) I'm new as a Plus member after being a gold member at Hertz for many years (job change). At Enterprise, I was hoping that my name would be in lights and I would simply locate my car, jump in, show my license, and be off. No such luck. I recently rented at a regional airport (Madison, WI) . I had to wait in line for several minutes and then sign papers ... so very old fashioned.2) What's up with getting rental receipts on the Enterprise web site on a timely basis? Nothing was posted on the "Print Your Receipt" page within the SLA described. I had to call customer service to get a pdf of the receipt for expense reporting purposes. Come on, please meet your posted SLAs.Thanks for listening.
Great service car was very clean and personnel were very helpful in giving us directions to our hotel I'll rent again from your company not the competitor.
Great service and nice clean car. I made my reservation well in advance of my trip and received a nice reminder, with a repeat of all of the details, shortly before I left home. There was no waiting at the airport and the car was ready for me. The car was perfect for my needs, except for not having GPS, but a GPS unit was available at an extra charge--well worth it for me. Returning the vehicle was as easy as pick-up. This is the third time I have used Enterprise, and each time it was a positive experience.
I have always had great service from Enterprise, they have always had a car available when I called, clean an d ready to go and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was been some pick-up times are a bit slow, but otherwise great!
I was in need of a vehicle as my own vehicle had major issues, but they were out of vehicles. However, a few hours later I received a call they had gotten more vehicles in. They picked me up at the repair shop, provided me with a 2015 vehicle in great shape, and did the job for me. They even provided a ride back to the repair shop when I returned. I have never had a problem with Enterprise any where in the USand I have rented from them in a dozen different cities.
Great company to work with. Great location. Always friendly and go out of their way to meet customer needs. We have been renting from this location for several years and have always been very pleased.
