Traumatizing .horrible .held medically hostage even when a self check in and not a danger to self or others. Holds people against there will even after discharge for how ever long they wish if a pick up person is not there your still locked up and can't wait in waiting room or outdoors in the fresh free air when the last thing a person wants is to stay confined. Dr would not respond or communicate with family or Drs or address medication concerns of known harmful medications that were a do not prescribe . Much much more but won't have time to list .Do no harm my ass

This was not the place for us strictly because of the size. We waited nearly 30 minutes just for a consultation. There were so many people in the waiting room! I am in no way referencing their quality of care, strictly the busyness of a large practice.
Lousy sign in system.kiosk is crummy.wouldnt recommend it to anybody
When we first moved to the Nashville area almost 7 years ago, we wanted to find a place where we would be listened to as well as receive the best treatment necessary for our children. I love the fact that I can contact our PCP either by phone or e-mail when needed. When we have had to wait, I have been prepared because they were call-in appointments on the same day we were seen. I would expect that since there are other parents expecting quality care for their own child. If my child is sick, I want the staff to take the time needed for my child. Since we began going to GoodPeds over 7 years ago, we have added 4 biological siblings to our 3 through adoption. It has been a blessing to be able to have our PCP, nurses and staff helping us along on our journey. Yes, sometimes I have to explain our situation since we don't always get to see our PCP, but I would expect that. If we ever move farther out in the Nashville area, we would still come to Goodlettsville Pediatrics.
They are always kind. My son is 3 and loves it. We have all the children in our family here.
