Bought a bedroom suite from here and needless to say it was the worst experience I've ever had buying furniture. Not only did it take them 3 times to get all the pieces delivered because they were either damaged or not on the truck when they came. Then when they finally got all the furniture there they didn't install the mirror on the dresser and didn't even leave the screws so I could do it myself. I work a lot so had to always leave permission with my community manager to let them in my apartment and they never left a note or anything with why something wasn't left or anything which resulted in me having to contact the store several times and the managers there are not helpful at all and always referred me to customer service which wasn't helpful either. I got my delivery fee credited back to me and a lady by the name of Amy from corporate contacted me and stated there was no further compensation they could provide me. With all the troubles that I've had from them and their lack of professionalism I am returning the furniture and will be buying from somewhere else. Sad they would rather lose the whole 1300 dollars than to give a little money back to me for all the problems I've had. Will not be buying from them ever again and I don't recommend you put yourselves in this situation.

Don't shop here unless you want to buy disposable furniture that lasts less than three years. Called the store and they referred me to their customer service department, which was an 800 number. Bottom line they don't care at either location, customer service or local store. The sad part is that the chair was hardly used during that period of time, can't imagine what condition it would be in if it had been. Spend a little more money and shop somewhere else that will stand behind their product. Sadly, a one star rating is too much as far as I'm concerned.
