Rivergate Muffler & Auto Care

I often go to Rivergate muffler and auto to service both my Chrysler’s, the guys there always fast efficient and very polite. The last two years I’ve been coming to the shop I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all the staff. The guy at the front desk is awesome, very helpful and very informative. They’re great.

I went to Rivergate Muffler for my Acura on Saturday. They were fast and professional.so thanks guys. They quickly gave me an estimate for a very fair price ,it really beaten the quote I had from another shop.overall just really good quality work. As soon as you walk in this shop you can tell they will do a good job, it's clean and the waiting area is nice.

Took my truck in for a fuel pump and a problem I wasn't aware of. They said it was fixed,10 min after leaving the shop the ses light cane back on.took it back and they cleared the code out. Two years previously I hag them put on catalytic converters. However 2 months after they replaced the fuel pump the ses light comes back on.i take it to them, again, and they tell me that I have an intake leak and stopped up cat. They were suppose to fix the intake leak when replacing fuel pump and would not warranty my cat because of the intake leak. So I told them to put it back together if they would not warranty the cat and in the process they tampered with my car nagging it run even worse than when I took it in!please don't trust them with your family's car!they may tell you it's fixed when it's not and keep you coming back. Crooks.

I love rivergate mufflers they are very honest, they have reasonable price, very nice people, trusted techs. They fix my check engine lights because I couldn't pass the emissions but they fixed it less than a hour. I would recommend people to come here to get there cars fixed the right way.

Rivergate Muffler is the only place that I will go too. Every where is toooo expensive! I drive a Mercedes and they are the only place I trust to work on my car. Every time I step in the building they treat me like family an always greet me with a friendly attitude. Also my husband took his truck there to get an exhaust done and couldn't be happier. Nobody else in town would touch it! Don't anybody believe this guy name Joseph L. cause he is full of s*** and don't know what the hell he's doing and talking about! When you tell a shop to use old worn out parts, they're not gonna work right and they're gonna leek and it seems like he's trying to get something free! That's what he gets for driving a piece of crap uhaul truck! They do their jobs and they do it right. Also, they do what the customers order and they do it right! Rivergate Muffler will be the only shop I would ever go too!!!

I have been bringing my cars and trucks to this shop for several years now and have NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM!!! Ive had everything from a simple brake job to some very custom exhaust done here,they really are a one stop shop.i went looking for a custom exhaust for my truck,and went several places that told me what i wanted was impossible and tried to sell what they wanted to do.Not rivergate mufflers,i walked in told scott what i wanted,went and got the exhaust guy,we talked about it,and i think his name was Tim,said "i have a bender,sawzall and a welder,i can make it" .i was a little skeptical at first but i was very wrong,it came out perfect!!! couple weeks later they put a racing torque converter in the same truck,I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SHOP FOR ANYTHING,thank you jessy,scott and everyone there

I have been a customer dealing with rivergate mufflers for well over 5 years and i have referred my friends and family members to them over the years i yet to have heard any bad things about them they have always gone above and beyond to save me money and keep me happy......I WAS READING THE REVIEW JOSEPH L WROTE ABOUT THEM , AND I HAVE CALLED THE SHOP TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT WHATS BEEN WRITTEN,,,, TALKED TO SCOTT AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS AN ENGINE THE TRUCK OWNER HAD PROVIDED AND ALL THEY DID IS INSTALL IT WITH HIS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT OFF OF THE OLD ENGINE WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY USED AS A**** U HALL TRUCK RENTAL***** I DON'T THINK ITS FAIR TO SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT A SHOP THAT DOES SO MUCH FOR THEIR COMMUNITY AND EVEN OFFER REPAIRS AT COST TO SINGLE MOMS .. I HAVE KNOWN SCOTT SINCE HE STARTED WORKING FOR THE COMPANY AND HE WELL DO EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO HELP... SCAM ALERT... TYPICAL THIEVING MECHANICS...This company is happy to take your money, but they're not competent enough to do their jobs. I had a complete new engine installed by them and it leaks both oil and antifreeze, and it dies at every stop. They refused to fix it and tried to charge me a $69 fee for looking at it!!! They couldn't find anything wrong, is what I was told!!! I spent $2500 and was told that if I came back that they would call the cops!!!

Run!!! This place is completely incompetent from the owner to the techs. Brought my vehicle in for a simple repair that should have cost $250. After they messed everything on the vehicle up and finally telling me they couldnt fix after having the vehicle for a month tried to charge me $1800 for an UNREPAIRED car! Took it to a real repair shop next day all was fixed!! But cost me $1200 for them to undo the damage Rivergate Muffler did and $250 to fix correctly!!!!

I have had two vehicles in this shop. The general manager remembered my last car I brought in months ago. That's not why I come though, I have custom work done and I really feel like a part of the project. They are open and let you right into the back and walk you through everything they are going to do. Their prices are very reasonable. I am a customer for many years to come.

the service was really good and prompt. the only complaint i have is i arranged for a ride but never mad-it that far because the car got fixed before my wife came to pick me up lol... but in all honesty i do highly recommend going there . good service .

shop is very clean very very fast service and very professional his work and honesty were beyond my expectation and carry s high quality parts for reasonable prices would recommend to anybody thank you again river gate mufflers thank you.
