Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Meat so old and hard that my dog didn't want it either....Called the store and the manager Chasity gave me three days to pick up a replacement. SMH- can I get a refund for offer? #Pitiful

Chicken totally burnt, and cold by the time I got home to eat it. I was so disappointed I could barely see strait. I simply cannot believe the one who boxed up my food that I paid hard earned money for didn't see what they were serving. I will be feeding it to my dogs. I'm sure they will like it. I will not be patronizing this Popeyes in Madison Tn again. It was over $15.00, and that was just adding insult to injury. I personally boycott restaurant chains for a year when things like this happens. Popeyes, I will try again in a year. Hope you get this problem fixed.

We never ate at a Popeyes before and were expecting good food however, the food was a great disappointment. Everything tasted the same, from the old fries to the fish, chicken, and shrimp. We also became ill and remain that way four days later. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EAT HERE! One star ONLY because ONE employee was nice to us.

Terms of Service had to wait at the window for over 20 minutes just to get even looked at no drink no nothing they lost out on the sale and that's how it's been every time I've been there they really need to get some new management
