I do not know what it is, but these guys seem to be slacking. they use to be great but I just do not feel satisfied by taking my vehicle there

Pitiful service!!!! I was told it would be 30 minutes until they got to my car. 2 hours later, my car is still sitting in the parking lot, untouched! We will never be back!!!!

Fantastic first experience with Pep Boys in Madison. I went there looking for tires as the tread on 2 was about dead and a 3rd had some gashing/coiling exposed - I am somewhat obsessed with safety and wanted these replaced PRONTO. Rich, one of the manager's was quick to sort my requests, offering to "beat" anyone in town's prices. After a small amount of comparison shopping, he did in fact beat a competitor's price. What I appreciate the most is that they didn't even attempt to downplay my requests or my negotiation skills simply because I'm female. They gave me exactly what I wanted, in a very timely manner, with high level professionalism. We even made a deal on an oil change that I was going to need shortly. Great experience - oh, and my rebate on the tires actually DID arrive in the expected time frame (rarity there if you've ever dealt with mail-in rebates). I'd return if needed. Thanks, fellas.
