Horrible service and delivery people are so disrespectful and lazy they literally didn’t even want to try getting my couches inside my apartment saying the couches wouldn’t make it in without even giving it a try!!! NEVER buy from them! Had to go through hell to get my money back DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! There are way cheaper and better quality furniture stores down the street with wayyyy better customer service! I paid cash for it and they said it would take 3 weeks to get it back! Ugh so frustrating and disappointing!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE WITHA PASSIO...I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.PLEASE TAKE MY WORD YOU DO NOT WANT TO SPEND YOUR MOEY HERE.TRUST ME.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS,ONLY YOUR MONEY AND ONCE THEY HAVE GOTTEN IT THEY WONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY LIFE...THEY CONSTANTLY LIE,CHANGE DATES WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW AND DONT EVER CALL YOU BACK...WE HAVE PAID FOR PROTECTION PLAN AND NOONW OWNT COME OUT TO FIX IT AND THEY CHARGED US $100 DELIVERY FEE AND SAID THEY WOULDNT.

Our experience at the Ashley store at rivergate was wonderful from start to finish! Gwen helped us order a bed and was very nice and professional! Zanndis was So professional, patient and Full of personality😃 We will highly recommend Ashley at rivergate😊

We received wonderful in-storeservice and ordered a full bedroom set including a mattress and comforter set on Sept. 10th. We were told up to 2 weeks for delivery. After the 2 weeks, I didn't hear from Ashley Furniture so we called and were told that the furniture needs to come from the manufacturer and we have a delivery date for Oct. 20 but were told that that date could change so we should call periodically to check. I did call a few times and was given the Oct 20th date still. So when that day came I waited around that morning and then called the store to get a delivery time. They said I wasn't scheduled for that day nor any day in the future. They called the manufacturer to see what the hold up was, which was the headboard, so they re-scheduled me for the 1st week in Nov. The furniture came today, Nov 5, and they were missing the comforter set and more importantly there were pieces of the furniture that weren't completed with the staining. This wasn't in an inconspicuous spot, it was clearly noticeable on the outside of the drawers. We left the furniture on the truck and sent it back. We didn't even want to see the rest of the pieces. My husband went directly up to the store in Madison and demanded a full refund. I had done business with Ashley Furniture in Ohio and had no problems at all but this particular one needs to work on their customer service as well as their quality of furniture that leaves the warehouse.

My husband and I spent a little over 11k dollars buying new furniture for our home. Was initially pleased with purchase, until a year later the leather on the living room set began peeling, seams came loose and severe discoloration began. I called and attempted to place a claim and was told the year warranty had expired two weeks ago. I had also purchased the extended 5 year warranty, only to be told the type of damage is not covered. I called numerous times and was placed on hold and promised someone would be in contact with me to determine if a resolution could be made, and two months later I am in the same position. The stores associate and manager stated everything but pet damage is covered by warranty and we would have no issues with the quality of leather. I will never purchase from this unprofessional company again. Customer service is what makes companies thrives. You can only screw over so many people before you don't have any customers left. Stay away from all Ashley franchises.
I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture Homestore. The salesman was very helpful and the overall service and delivery was great. Will be going back.
DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE! My husband and I bought over $5,000.00 of brand new furniture for our home in August. After 3 bad deliveries of everything being damaged, and 3 different occasions where they damaged our home during the process we are finished with Ashley. We have talked to manager after manager, and each one has made false promises and have ended up lying to us. Now, we have a broken railing, freshly stained carpet, sharpie marks we had to try to clean ourselves off of our floor, and all we have to make our experience better is some small credit given to us by a manager that even she knows is not sufficient. One of Ashley Furniture's own employees said "You guys are being screwed" and guess what? We were. Heed our warning - there are much better places to spend your money. Learn from our mistake.

This is absolutely without a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I can't even count how many lies I have been told. It has been 2 months since I purchased my furniture, and still have none of it. Delivery dates constantly getting changed, lies keep getting told, phone calls not returned, 3 credit cards applied for in my name without permission...the disappointments are endless! Everyone, starting with the saleswoman down to the managers and customer service have lied repeatedly. I love how some of the reviews on here name people specifically, clearly fake reviews. In my experience, I have no idea how these people are still in business. Awful.
My husband and I bought a leather couch and gliding love seat from the Madison location. We are so happy with our furniture, and we would do business with them again. Our sales person, Kyle, was also great! I would recommend him too!
Here recently me and my sister purchase a dinning room table from Ashley. The table was delivered and within a couple of days don't know how but but the table got damage. I called into customer service and they were quick to resolve the problem with no questions asked. A few days later u went back and purchase a bedroom set. I ordered on a monday by the end of the week the set was ready for pick up. When going to the store I only did business with Jeff. I told him what I wanted the reason for it and the quality I wanted and he pointed me in the right direction. So with Ashley Furniture its so far so good will continue to do business with them
I recently purchased a living room suite from Mark at Ashley Furniture. Mark was patient with me while showing all of the styles. In the end he helped me select a set that looks great in my home. The best part was everything worked like clockwork, just as was told it would.
I bought a very high end bedding set for my wife and I and a child's loft bed for my granddaughter. Because I bought these over a holiday weekend I got a really good discount. Also, since I was buying multiple items, The delivery men delivered both beds to 2 different locations where they assembled them and hauled off old bedding. I would recommend them to my friends.
I just got a great sofa at Ashley Furniture and I LOVE it! I also recently got some really cute accent pieces. We picked them up at warehouse and also bought a recliner at outlet store! Several years ago we bought a whole living room suite and are still using it.
Saw a set of lamps online; called the store to inquire about price and availability. was told they needed to be ordered and would be in by the weekend. All lies! Nothing comes in less than 3 weeks after order. First shipment arrived damaged!! No one called to tell me! They will say anything to get the sale; then you play phone tag and the waiting game to get YOUR money back!! Go anywhere else; not here!!
I recently moved into a new apartment in Nashville and needed furniture quickly and was working a budget, the ashley outlet in Madison had great prices and I could take my sofa and mattress home that day...I will go back and shop again as I continue to replace furniture.
I bought living room furniture from Ashley and it looked like I had owned it 15+ years in 2 weeks, not to mention it took almost 8 weeks for delivery after I was promised 2. The upholstery started slipping and all of the arms made a popping sound. They sent a man to fix the brand new furniture and allowed him 1 hour for a job that he said would take at least 8. They decided to order new furniture and again it was horrible to try to get them to deliver. I canceled my order and had to fight with them to get my money back. It seems like no one in the company knows what the other is doing and so they blame each other for the problems. All I know is that I will not go back to this store and I would not recommend it to anyone.
