Family Nails

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i went in yesterday (december 21st) for a manicure. Tina told me they are running a special that when you get a manicure you get a free pedicure. she told me i can come in today (december 22nd) for my free pedicure. when i got there they made me pay and then handed me a coupon. I said 'this coupon should have been given to me yesterday, Tina told me i can come in today for a free pedicure.' the owner REFUSED to give me a refund. Tina then refused to admit that she told me that. other customers were telling the owner 'no the customer is right' the owner began to YELL and SCREAM at me. I have it all on video. He was saying things like 'why are you mad it's the holidays?' 'you're not my family you don't get a free pedicure' 'I'm the owner, i make the rules, Tina's not the owner she can't say that' 'No ask Tina then' (i ask Tina) and she refuses to answer...another customer then decided to chime in and say "really over just $20?" and began to call me immature and to basically get over it. I also explained $20 is a lot of money for some people and i would not have came in today for a pedicure if i didn't expect it to be free. The owner pulled up my receipt and was asking me if i wanted it on the card or in cash, i said 'either is fine.' and then he started arguing with me again. I started recording it on video when he began arguing again. This place does not stick to their word, they will scream at you, and they will alloy other customer's to talk down to you as well. i attached a still of the owner yelling in my face and a picture of Tina.
