I received an estimate from Fred to pave my driveway. The estimate was written, thoroughly prepared and I accepted the price without haggling. A few days before the work was scheduled to be preformed (three weeks after I received the estimate), I received a call from Fred telling me that he could not honor the price and would not perform the work as agreed. I tried to talk to Fred to work out an amicable resolution, but he proceeded to get short with me and then actually hung up on me. Fred is rude and I would not recommend working with him. There are plenty other paving companies that treat their customers with respect, honesty and courtesy.

I'm picky - I admit it - the work that Fred Allocco and his crew do is exceptional. When Fred says he'll be there at 7:00 AM, you can set your watch by it. When he says he'll be there for three hours, he's there for three hours, unless he runs into an unexpected problem, which he discusses with you at the time.



His crew works like a finely-tuned drill team; each person knows his job, and they all work in complete concert with one another. It's poetry in motion.



If you call him, you'll almost always get a voive message (because he's always working!!!), but you will be called back within hours. Count on it!



He is a perfectionist and takes incredible pride in his work. I can't say enough about the quality, professionalism of Fred and his staff. I highly recommend him!!!!!
