had a problem getting through to their loyalty or retention department. when i finally did, they told me i already had the best deal, they couldn't do better or they'd lose money (as if, as customers, we care, or even believe that they're not making billions of dollars!).so, what's the point of even having me call retention, if they're not going to offer ANYTHING to keep my business, lol.i wouldn't mind so much, but they wasted an hour of my time telling me this.

WOW, called Customer Service, had to call back three times because the Service Rep couldn't speak good English. They have now outsourced their Customer Service to South America. Oh, they still couldn't fix my issue.
If I could give crappie company 0 stars I would. Constant rate increases, internet speed cut, channels on TV cut. Free channels now at extra cost. Stay away from these theives.
