I feel that Creative Controls Inc. deserves a rating of 5 Stars. This business continues to improve our lives by affording my disabled husband access to our community and all that we choose to explore. In 2013, after years of struggling with activities of daily living that were part of my husband's medical situation, we were referred to CCI and the company's experienced and knowledgeable staff. From the beginning, the staff 's display respect and concern for my husband's wants. They met with us multiple times to insure we understood which adaptive equipment modifications would best meet his mobility requirements safely and with the most ease of operation for him. The completed conversion of our van truly gave my husband a feeling of empowerment because he was able to choose when he wanted to drive the van or when he would like to be a passenger. Even as a passenger, the seating was configured so he could sit in his power wheelchair beside me in the front row. Thus we could easily talk about our mutual view of the world from the front window as we went along on our travel route. Since 2013, CCI's service dept. has quickly & completely resolved several issues with our van that were due to my husband' s changing needs. Both my husband and I feel Creative Controls Inc. really cares about meeting the needs of anyone who has mobility needs. Everyone of CCI's employees goes "the extra mile" to insure that their customers continually have the most appropriate, and best functioning adaptive mobility equipment. We highly recommend Creative Control Inc. as a company that does everything they can to help its customers live a full and memorable life. We are glad we choose them.
As the other reviewers have stated AVOID dealing with this company. Their delivery / installation person fit the quintessential definition of rude and radiated "I HATE MY JOB WITH A PASSION".AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
I urge everyone not to use this company. They totally act like they don't care about the patient. You always have to wait for service which is bad when you have a husband that could not live without his oxygen. His concentrator was replaced many times he needed portable O2 tanks also which were ok'd by his doctor he needed a O2 flow of 8 liters when he ran out they made me drive all the way to their company to get the refills and I am 65 and those tanks were heavy I feel all the people I dealt with were rude !!!!!!! My husband is deceased now but at least I no longer need to call or look at this JOKERS!!!!
I would urge everyone to Stay AWAY from this company. ..Terrible rude customer service. It will take several calls to get service. We have a oxygen machine that has been serviced twice in a short time, and now it's totally down and have been waiting hours for service. 24 hour servive, yes if your lucky...answering machine, no return calls, rude, she even (Mariah) hung up on me because I questioned her about no one answering or returning phone calls. Then was told call 911 if you run out of oxygen. UNBELIEVABLE, UNRELIABLE SERVICE.
