        Never ever using ups store again. Used it once for my small business. I paid this store to pack my shipment, and I paid for insurance. They packed my stuff, they destroyed my stuff on the way to my customer, and they took my money for insurance. Then, they denied my claim to get my money back. I had to refund my customer because that’s what good customer service is. And ups refuses to give me my money back for destroying my shipment and causing my small business a large loss. They are not on the side of small businesses in Madison. So utterly disappointed with this whole ordeal. Such a waste of money. They stole from my business and lost a good customer.

        Have you ever experienced going to fill out an application in this UPS store? DON'T! My daughter went into this place of business to introduce herself and fill out an application....bad idea! The Mgr/Owner Thresea/Becky was very rude and they are liars! I would rather shop with any other UPS facility, but this one..I would rather spend extra money in gas, then to enter their "FRANCHISE" (as the representatives stated) again!
