Purchased a groupon for this service. The technician was nice, but she did not know how to do electrolysis. it felt like she was pulling my hair out with tweezers. It should never feel that way. No pain, no scarring, just smooth hair-free face and great skincare. I set up an hour and a half each month for the next 3 months, then an hour every 6 weeks. I had a lot of hair on my face. Now I am down to 40 min every 6-8 weeks and no scar tissue or bumps. My face is smooth and I have been make-up free for 5 months now. Glory to God! It is worth the 1 hour and 20 min drive to Birmingham.
