They were very nice and got the food out.
Got my order wrong and refused to do anything. Was very curt to me on the phone. I told her I would not be back and she didn't care and hung up the phone on me.
I asked for no mayo on my burger because I am allergic and they put it on both sides making the burger inedible and forcing me to have to go back again to get another one. This is the worst Hardee's ever.

I sat in the drive thru line waiting for them to acknowledge my existence for over 30 seconds (no one else in line) then as I'm pulling off they finally acknowledged me so I have to go back around the restaurant to sit there again for another 10 or 15 seconds and once acknowledged he acts like he cannot understand me. Horrible customer service slow to the uptake and just completely idiotic. I will not return.
