I currently write a review on June 10 and somehow only put 2 starts it want let me correct it but youmans cheverolet and mr james howze deserve 10 stars if I could rate them that I am so sorry for the mid understanding of the 2 stars they are much greater than that!!!!

I went to youmans Chevrolet after visiting several different car lots and after going to Youmans Chevrolet I will never go anywhere else to buy a car! I had the best sales man you could possibly ask for Mr James Howze!!! If you are looking for a vehicle go see Mr Howze no has ever made me feel so at ease and worked for what I wanted and needed in a car! I have never been so satisfied and happier with the customer service that Mr Howze provided!! I feel after leaving that he is a close friend and I even stop in sometimes just to say hey!! Please if you need a vehicle go see Mr Howze you won't regret it at all and tell him I Katie Bennett sent you!!!

When dealing with customer service, your experience is not always pleasant. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Dexter Whitby while trying to purchase a vehicle.I must say he is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy with great customer service skills.

My business partner and I decided to buy two Equinox's as company cars. On a visit to Youman's Dealership to look at the inventory we meet Kenneth Deal. Kenneth showed us what was on the lot, got all the details on what we were looking for and asked us to give him a couple of days and he would get back with us. During the next couple of days we looked at the Kia Sorento and GMC Terrain. Kenneth very promptly got back with us with a number of alternatives. Kenneth had located two vehicles that were identical and already had pricing ready. Due to Kenneth's persistence and willingness to help us find something that would work for us, we decided to go with Youmans. Kenneth never tried to push the sale on us, he only offered recommendations on how we could accomplish our goal. Thanks to Kenneth for doing a great job!

This was my second experience with Youmans Chevrolet. Ryan Simms, who sold me both Chevy Silverado trucks was a tremendous help in the process. Larry in the finance office obtained me a great Finance rate and made the whole buying process a complete burdenless affair. Thanks Youmans Chevrolet for a great buying experience and especially Ryan and Larry for your efforts in making this happen for a second time. I look forward to future Chevy purchases with Youmans.
