River Walk Apartments

Lived here for a year. The staff was very professional and always solved very quickly any issue that might came up in the apartment. The families that live here really want to give their children a better way of life. During school days you would not see any kids outside after 8:30 pm. I felt very safe there. My Apt. was very confortable and I loved having 2 bathrooms a balcony. Also loved the fact that there is only 4 Apts. per stairway.

This the absolute worse apartment complex that I've ever stayed in. The model apartment looks nothing like the others. There are no lavish paint jobs or accent walls. The appliances are way out dated. My apartment was roach infested when I moved in after being told that there were absolutely no pest problems. The sinks were cracked. If you stay below someone, God bless you cause you will hear every time they get out of bed, vacuum, sneeze, or cough. I have been here a year and haven't seen the first fitness center or nature trail. Now let's talk about the residents (of course not including myself). One word. Ghetto. Riverwalk is nothing but a glorified Projects. The kids are rude and disrespectful. The playgrounds are a joke. Volleyball court? Still haven't seen it. As far as the staff here...Terrible, unprofessional, laughable. I can go on...but people don't be fooled. They will market this place like it's BeverleyHills, but trust me when I say it's more like the slums of Queens, NY. You be better off going through MHA.

I would never recommend this place to anyone for more reasons than I have time to list.
