I'm am very pleased with Premier Imports! I can ALWAYS trust Chad to tell me exactly what's wrong with my car. And he's very reasonable with his prices!! I've been going to him for quite a few years and have never had any issues with the repairs done to my car or the employees. Before Amanda started working there it was a bit harder to get updates on my vehicle due to the fact Chad didn't have a receptionist, but since then every time I call she always keeps me updated, and if she doesn't have an answer right then she'll let me know within a couple hours. It's a lot easier to speak with her to get scheduled, or if I have a quick question and Chad isn't able to get to the phone she helps find the answer. A very helpful young lady. Chads other mechanic (John) is extremely helpful as well. The crew knows their stuff!! I would definitely tell anyone to go to Premier Imports for all your Honda & Acura needs.

What a HORRIBLE experience! My car needed a new starter so we had them tow it to their shop on Friday and got the car back on Wednesday. When I picked up my car the receptionist had her dog up front and was yelling and cussing at it for barking while I was standing right there (told the dog I will beat your A**) SO unprofessional. Wednesday evening my front right tire blew and I also noticed that my battery light was wasn't before they picked it up. I called Amanda their receptionist who was very rude every time I had an encounter with her and told her that I was concerned about the light and that I planned to bring it by to have them check it out. On my way to their shop I didn't even get out of my neighborhood when all the caution lights came on and my car would barley go! I turned around and pulled back into my driveway when all my gauges bottomed out. I called my husband immediately who was in Atlanta and asked him to call and see if someone

would please come check to see if there was something they could do (We live 2 miles from their shop). He called me back and said that Amanda was once again giving him the run around about my car. My husband and I were both OBVIOUSLY upset since my car had not been out of their shop 24 hours and we had just written them a check for $400...and now my car is doing things it has never done before! My husband asked to speak with the Mechanic (Chad) who had worked on my car who Amanda said wasn’t available so 10 min later he calls back & Chad said it was probably the Alternator. We could have it towed to their shop for ANOTHER $60. But why would he have not told me about the alternator the day before when I picked my car up!? He then proceeded to tell my husband that he would not be doing business with us or seeing my car to confirm what he suspected was the alternator. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE! They are not friendly, and they clearly run a

shady business!

I have been doing business at Premier for over two years now and Mr. Kitchings has not failed me yet. He is a great mechanic and he knows his work!!! I have a 93 Acura Legend, a Civic, and a TL. He services all three. What a mechanic and the prices are affordable as well.
