these people done a number on ...

these people done a number on me ! i mean a good one.

first off they didnt honor the full warranty i bought,

then gave me a voucher only good on their retail prices.

not the sale price they had posted..

needlesss to say i left there with nothing for the 60 inch sony

i bought there a little over a year ago plus a three year warranty

This business does not deserve...

This business does not deserve any stars (i could not submit my review with out one). I was ripped of also. I was sold a TV at new price and was actually given a used model. Micheal was rude in handling this use. I ultimately filed with the BBB. I saw their commercial highlighting their BBB rating. All, do not let them fool you they are crooks!!!

GREAT PEOPLE WITH GREAT PRICES .

I. have heard of Ken's for many years and heard great things for they really care. i found out that the business was rated A plus with B.B.B.

I had no idea that Ken's had the ony authorized service center for Sony in the area.

I really liked Michael, son of Ken. He was very smart on all the products ans i startied to send all y friends to him.

The service i recied was perfect whuch is unheard of today.

Thet even have real pele in the tech support in the store and can talk to a real person

As for is I am concerned. i would neverr by any tv , home thesater or car stereo anywhere but Kens.

I FOUND KEN'S TO BE GREAT FAMILY BUSINESS OF OVER 30 YEARS. KEN'S OFFERS THE ONLY TV REPAIRS IN MIDDLE GA. AND I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE REAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE OF HDTV'S AND DO CUSTOM HOME THEATERS AND COMPLETE CHURCH SYSTEMS. I KNOW KNOW WHY KEN'S IS RATED A PLUS WITH B.B.B. AND RATED #1 BEST IN BUSINESS FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS. BY COMSUMERS.

Come here if you want to be ripped off

Locally known as "Ken's Stereo Concentration Camp," they sell quality products, nice stuff and a ton of lies. Unfortunately, the manufacturers have no idea of how they're hawking these products.



I went there for an insurance claim. I had faxed little Shane what I needed replaced, it was a lot. He said he researched it and upon my visit recommended what they sold. It was a lot of money. 6,400 bucks. I questioned him about if the insurance company would approve this. His answer was that he saw no problem with it being approved. I asked about the return policy. He replied as long as there was no physical damage, returning wouldn't be a problem.



Well, there was a big problem. He sold me a TV for 1,300 bucks which the insurance company allowed me 167 dollars. That's right. originally, I was out of pocket over 4k.



At that time, little Shane told me that as they were a "small store" that they could only give me "in store credit." Later, he said they couldn't even do that. I never got to speak to anyone higher up than little Shane. Every time I called, my call was steered to Shane, even when he was working at the other store.



I plan to contact every manufacturer that they represent and tell them how I was ripped off.



Little Shane said he didn't work on commission, but as luck would have it, where I get my hair cut, the manager's ex wife works. She said they do work on commission and little Shane told me what he did because he didn't want to be charged back for commission.



If you buy something and know the price, you know what you're getting into. If you buy something from them on an insurance claim, they tell you one thing and then you're stuck.



I'm happy to see little Shane get ahead but not by using the money I had saved for a down payment for a house.



I will be filing a BBB claim against them and considering small claims court.



I am now contacting every manufacturer that they represent.



If you want a reliable company to sell you good, quality stereo equipment, look somewhere else. In the end, you'll be paying for Shane's commission and if you're stuck, Shane will tell you whatever he needs to do to keep you from bringing back.



When I decided to go with Ken's, it was yet to be decided how I would pay for it. I later decided to write him a check for over 3k for part of it. I financed the rest.



No problem, as once the insurance approved it, I would get my money back. He called my house and inquired about it. I told him I would mail him a check tomorrow.



He was against that. He offered to come to my house and pick it up. I didn't know him and was wondering, why does he want to come to my house? I don't don't think it's appropriate for him to want to com e to my house. I think, partly, he didn't want the check to go through the mail and have the insurance company time to question it.



So, if you visit this place, happen to meet Shane, I wouldn't buy anything, let alone give him directions to your house.

We only do what the client ask. We cannot control what an insurance company decides to do with their client. We have no control over this. If the client decides to buy new product before knowing what the insurance company is going to pay, that's his/her choice. We only do what is ask of us.
