SERVICE SHOULD COME W/WARNING LABEL🚫I ask the (HEAVILY made up) woman to just remove a gel polish from my nails, also letting her know I was on my somewhere & didn’t really have time for a fill in. She processed to drill my nails down to the point where I couldn’t leave without a fill in ( I have an overlay on my natural nails) or the result would be broken nails!😡 I went on & got the fill in=🤬 let’s just say I went to my regular nail salon within days to fix that nail massacre!!! Oh yeah & charged me $30 (but claimed the gel polish removal was no charge) NEVER ANY CARS IN THE PARKING LOT let that be a warning ⚠️
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! You are paying for them to waste your time and play with your money. Came in on a Friday morning around 11am for a full set and pedicure. Pedicure was okay but should have been better for $23. I didn't leave the shop till 2pm because the guy "Peter" didn't know how to apply gel polish properly , which was an additional $13. Saturday a nail just randomly popped off, Monday two more popped off and as I was on my way to the shop to ask for a refund another one did as well. My real nails did not break, which clearly Poor foundation. The lady was saying that they can only refund me for the full- set and not the gel polish. Then changed her statement and said it is his money, you have to talk to him. No sense of managerial expertise available. They did not want to give me a refund saying that its has been 3 days, but he will fix the nails. WHY WOULD I LET THE SAME PERSON DO MY NAILS IF IM COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM???. Do your self and your pockets a favor and stay away from this establishment! A Waste of $66.00. !!!! #WorstNailShop
Excellent service in a relaxing friendly atmosphere! I got a full set of acrylic nails and my eyebrows waxed and am very pleased. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to be accommodating to my needs and most importantly, they did a beautiful job!! I WILL definitely be back! Hopefully Monday for a pedicure!!!
The people working in there are rude. They try to charge you for things you don't want and try to intimidate you to get things you don't need. When they make a mistake, they pretend that they don't know what you're saying. Poor service never going back.
The lady with the first booth on the right, wears eye glasses, couldn't even pay attention to my nails. She was so busy looking at everything else going on. The polish I came in with, was still around and under my nails when I left. Not good business at all!! Very disappointed.
I decided to ignore the reviews before coming in. That was a terrible mistake. I went in for a pedicure. The lady spent maybe 5 minutes. She slapped some polish on my nails, not even a top coat, then stuck out her hand for $25. Less than 2 miles away you can go to Venetian Nails for $25, except there they are not only friendly, but also take time to do a GREAT job. You almost worry you somehow signed up for extras, because they put so much effort into your experience. NOT at Sassy Nails. It wasn't u til I left that I noticed thst the first coat was put on half way and has left a ridge under the second coat on my nail. For $25!!! Awful; I would have expected better had I gone to a place that charged $20 and would have gotten better too!
I had been to several nail salons, they either cut my feet from rushing or didn't do them correctly. Pro nails is the best yet, they are friendly and they take their time to satisfy the customer. My only problem with them is that the staff sometimes watches tv while they are working on your feet. Please don't clip my cut on my feet while your eyes are on the tv.
Did not feel welcomed when I came in. I like the fact that I could get my nails and toes done at the same time but did not think it was safe to have a UV machine by my ovaries! After paying an arm and a leg for their service, it looked horrible in the end.
In disregards to the ratings that where posted, I decided to go to Sassy Nails and get a pedicure. I'm from SC and don't know my way around so I didn't wanna go too far. When I walked in the customer service was already a zero! And the guy dping my pedicure didn't speak English at all, so no matter what my special request were, he didn't understand me. Needless to say, this is my first and last visit to Sassy Nails.
As a professional in the beauty industry I am truly shocked at the lack if cleanliness, professionalism, and knowledge. Any technician can tell you that wearing gloves during a pedicure is both protection for the client and the technician his or herself. I asked the technician why she wasn't wearing gloves and received a very puzzled look followed by someone translating to her what was asked and she said "feet look clean. " this alone worried me. I will not be sending clients here and will continue to let my clients know about the this companies practices. Please do not come here for any service.
