WORST. COOKOUT. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I normally go to the Cookout on Brookhaven which is wonderful but I was on this side of town and decided to go to this one. I ordered a 2 Cheese Quesadilla tray and a Snickers shake. The quesadilla tray only came with one quesadilla and it wasn’t even cheese, it was chicken and I don’t eat meat. I tried to ignore this flaw because they managed to get my sides right. I went to eat my snickers shake and it was literally like 3 pieces of snickers on top of vanilla ice cream. No caramel, barely any snickers, and on top of all this, it wasn’t even mixed. Everything was just a waste of money. Not coming back here.
I frequent this Sonic, as it is in the neighborhood of my home and workplace, but I will no longer do so. I'm an elderly woman and I take a walk every morning. Sometimes I stop at this sonic for breakfast. Sometimes my cat accompanies me on my walk. On the morning of Sunday the 3rd of June, I was taking my walk with my cat and he saw something interesting near the storm drain in the sonic parking lot. An employee, whose name I later learned was Gavin, came out and began to sneak up on my cat, then ran at him as if to chase him down the storm drain. I asked Gavin why he felt the need to do that to my cat and he said "This is my property and I can do what I want to on it." I asked if he was the manager or owner, and he said no. And yet it's his property? I asked him if he was a threat to my cat and did I need to call the police. He said "Go ahead, you don't have any proof. Make a fool of yourself" Keep in mind I am - or at least was - a regular customer at this place. And this is how he speaks to me. I said that I just wanted to know if my cat is safe and he said "This is my home. You go back to your home and do your drugs" So now he's accusing me of taking drugs? He kept stressing how the Sonic was HIS property and said if he saw my cat again he could do anything he wanted to it. So if you value animal lives, don't support this sonic. I know it's a convenient place and a hangout for teens on movie night, but please, until something is done about this vile employee, stay far far from the Sonic on Peake Rd.
I just left there. The girl taking my order asked me to hold on for 5 minutes... 15 minutes later, I had to hit the red button again. I ordered a Chicago dog with no onions. The bun is hard as a brick, the tomato was 1 whole slice sitting on top, it was covered in onions, and it was extremely messy. The picture was taken after I picked the onions off.... I was going to eat it until I realized the bun was a brick.
They gave me burgers that were old not and were hard. Wasn't even edible and they took to long in getting my order I waited almost 20 min for my order
I purchased the rotisserie chicken sub and wanted to get 50% more meat by paying an extra .75c more. Can you believe this woman took some of the initial chicken and hid it and pretended taut she was adding extra chicken for me?? That's is just thievery She lied claiming it was part of the chicken underneath the container..this is just so sad. Imagine how many more people she has conned. Her name is Leslie. An older Caucasian lady. Beware of her and watch your food.
4/13/16. 5:20pm no baked potatoes, will be ready in 30 minutes. Pitifull can't have food Ready at this time of day.
I love the customer service here but 3 times in a row my order has been messed up even after clearly stating what I wanted and the receipt showed so.i always order a breakfast burrito with no cheese no onions no peppers... They still put these in my wraps..it's just ridiculous and I doubt I'll visit here anymore.
I went to this crystals 2 days ago will never go again the krispy chicks were hard and looked like they sat up under a heating lamp for hours and the fries were soggy and cold and the pickels were rubbery I'm writing this review because the employees during the day did not care ..
I jus left from there and i had the most disgusting service. The MANAGER took a already handled cheeseburger from a wrong order that i seen a woman touch with her hands put it in my bag. If i hadnt have watched him like a hawk he would have placed that burger in my order. Im more then positive that he put it someones order after i left. That is the most nasty serice especially from the GM. This mcdonalds is already inside of the hospital in downtown Macon, so it should be super sanitary but its not. They ppl that work there dont keep it clean and in my opinion dont care for the customers at all. I will never go back there to eat and will tell everyone of my experience there. Im also going to corporate with this. Disgusting.. and thats the Manager of the store
They deserve NO stars. Had to give 1 star to leave review. My cheeseburger had huge mold spot on bottom of bottom bun. Just disgusting
