MACON GA. Our delivery guy was horrible. When I started here at my company he gave me his cell and said to call if I needed anything. He was rude and I called him 4 times in a month to report our water cooler was broken and he never replied. I cancelled our service and when he came to pick up the cooler and bottles he dumped the extra water out at our front door. We had almost 3 FULL bottles left that we couldn't use because our cooler was broken for a MONTH, Crystal Springs wouldn't even credit our account or allow us to keep the water until it was gone, that was $9.99 per bottle wasted. VERY BAD BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE we now use Nestle water service and they cheaper and their customer service is awesome!

We cannot get them to deliver to us on a regular basis. We are always have to call and BEG for delivery. I would not recommend them.
I tried to call and have been on hold for longer than 30 minutes and had to finally hang up. I emailed and no one responded. Our delivery was supposed to be every other week. NEVER that schedule! We needed water desperately several times and they failed. The most important thing about this company is that they can't be reached! I just cancelled our service.
3 months in a row now they delivery driver has only left part of our order. We have had to call to get this straightened out 3 months in a row. I asked if I could get the local office phone number to contact to discuss the issue and I was given a fake number. This company does not care about their customers.
