Fraud do not go here, rip off!! Don't waste your time or money on yhos business. The owner is rude and a con man.
I was charged $800 to install a $60 single steel fuel line and for one hour diagnostic time. It took them more than two weeks to install the fuel line. I had to wait an additional two weeks for them to schedule the trans work. They obviously did not won't to do the trans work, as they indicate it would take $3000 worth of diagnostic and labor + repairs. My motor home was left in the street in front of there shop for three days and a weekend. My motor home was tied up with these people for a period of OVER FIVE WEEKS to install a part which should have taken one or two hours at the most, i was billed a additional four hours diagnostic time for incompetent, erroneous fabricated diagnostic results. Their service department is using over charging and elongated service times to drive away motor home customers sent by Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. I was lied to, charged for work not done. Management and supervision are absent. Avoid this service center at all cost!
THINK TWICE BEFORE U CHOOSE BUTLER TOYOTA!!!!!!!! I purchased a Toyota 4Runner. I was suppose to get a trade in on it but BRANDON LEE messed up the paperwork on the trade in. I Just payed the $1000 because I felt sorry for him I thought he just wasn't very smart. He also told me it had been months since he made a sale. I left the car I was suppose to trade in because BRANDON LEE said to not worry and take your time, so I did. I called up there to find out it was towed, not to mention it was towed to a1 salvage which sells used cars and scraps cars. Clearly my car was sold illegal with the title still in my possession. This has to be some sort of scam BUTLER TOYOTA has come up with to DOUBLE DIP!!!!!!!
I bought a brand new 2016 Mazda 6 GT 8/2015 Unfortunately the vehicle was totaled 11/2015. 12/2015, I dropped my warranty services, its now March 2016 & they have not handled the situation. Everyone there is more worried about making a sale as opposed to assisting customers. You get transferred to people who do not return calls. Then when you do hear from them, you get information like we sent a check to the WRONG bank?! & it was for the WRONG amount!!! Or you get information like "oh I'm sorry the 1st person didn't tell you there's cancellation fees & proration involved. I can't buy another car because they can't get this handled. No accountability & they have no process in place that's streamlined for customers. I will do everything I can to spread the word to not purchase a vehicle from them even though some people are nice. If the collective is bad, the whole business is bad. I swear to GOD I will never be affiliated with Five Star in any fashion because of this
changed my original review the are currently addressing the issues we had in the service department.
I had a bad taste in my mouth after talking to the online guy that calls. I was able to go to lot and Virginia Milliken made my visit worth it, she knew I was looking all over and got me best price any where all I can say if you are going to deal with any one deal with Virginia Milliken she is awesome she will be straight with you.
Keep your eyes on these guys. First experience was a $3000+ wiring harness job. They dumped $400 worth of oil that was just 8 hrs old to replace a sensor that showed no Indication of claimed leak - without authorization. Plus they mis-aligned my exhaust temp differential sensor when they re-assembled the engine and I was having to do regens every 3 hours. It ruined an $ 800 DEF filter that had just been replaced 3 months previous.Next visit they replaced 2 month-old winter wiper blades with cheap summer of one's because they said they were streaking. My dusty windshield showed no indication the wipers had even been cycled.
I purchased a used car in May 2014 at a tent sales event. I asked the sales person was the vehicle involved in any accidents. I was informed no on more then one occasion. Two months later u found out the veichle was in an severe accident. Butler has a body shop on site and sold me a vecihle with a bent tire rod. They are crooks and scoundrels. Do not by or service your car at that location. They don't even deserve one star.
If you value honesty and customer service, do not buy from this dealership! They lied about the value of my trade, stating that they wholesale older/higher mileage cars and send them to auction...it is now for sale on their lot! They did not apply a rebate I qualified for and lied about applying with Hyundai for the rebate to be mailed as a check to me. I have had to fax all documentation to Hyundai to try and get the rebate. Absolutely no service after the sale! Be warned...
I bought a 2012 Corolla from them based on information given by Tue sales manager and they were lies. He said that if my car had to be put in the shop they would give me a loaner vehicle until mine beta fixed but Toyota don't do that. I also asked for all of their warranties and he did not make sure I had a road hazard warranty and now I'm stuck without a tire when I had a blowout. On top of that I had windshield wiped fluid before going to get my car serviced, but afterwards there was none and they put on the paperwork that all fluids were topped off. The service rep stated that it may be a leak but how when it was working fine before the oil change? I would not recommend any go get a Toyota from there because they don't stick to their words. I should have just waited and went and got a Honda because I know they are straight up with you.
