TruGreen Lawn Care

I don't always see the man that does my lawn, but when I do, he is very friendly and takes his job seriously, really cares how my lawn looks, and I appreciate that.

On time good service! A few weeds now and then but usually taken care of. Lawn looks good, satisfied customer!

The service is great the specialist is friendly and professional and our lawn looks great we get many compliments on our lawn from our neighbors

I can't say enough about the service that I receive from TruGreen. I have one of the best lawns in my subdivision. My specialist Stacy Forehand always informs me of what the application is for, as well as letting me know if there is something that I can do to make my lawn better. If I am not satisfied at any time TruGreen makes sure that a second application is applied and that I am satisfied. I would highly recommend TruGreen to anyone.

I have been a Trugreen customer for several years. Our last fertilizer application was this week. We also know that Trugreen will do an excellent job and if we need to discuss a problem they fix it immediately (like weeds popping up after a weed application) We do lawn care, tree and shrub care and have tried other thing that they have suggested. We are always complimented on our lawn by neighbors and friends. We enjoy the yearly payment plan and find it a great money saver. The technicians that come out to our house are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Trugreen for great products and services.

My lawn has gotten much better through warmer months. There were a lot of weeds , crab grass and cloves in the lawn.There are still some cloves in the lawn in my back yard. But over all it looks better. The aeration was just done last week along with the grass seed added to the lawn. I am looking forward to a much bolder and stronger lawn at the end of the summer season and the beginning of spring.

My lawn looks great green and thick I like that fact know one has at the house for your tech. also calling me on the cell phone about the next appointment has help a lot.

We are very pleased with our lawn. There are no signs of spring (dandelions) except the wanted signs...green growing grass! The service has made us satisfied andore importantly loyal customers!

This is my 2nd year with Tru-Green and my lawn just keeps getting better and better. My lawn cutting man even said he was impressed with how green it is. I like pre-paying in the winter so i don't have to think about it the rest of the year and I'm notified by phone a few days before they arrive for treatments. This is helpful in case I need to move my regular lawn cutting appointment.

TruGreen is doing a great job, almost too good. My lawn is so thick and growing so fast I have to cut it every three days, or, whenever it stops raining. Seriously, my lawn looks really good. My neighbors are asking who is doing my lawn, I assume it's so they can keep up with mine.

I am very impressed with the way my lawn looks, considering it is early springtime. I have the greenest lawn in the neighborhood. We had a very tough winter and my TruGreen specialist has known exactly what to do and when to do it. The lawn color is beautiful and the thickness is perfection. I would highly recommend TruGreen to everyone, the price is very little compared to the results you will get. I also like the fact that they call in advance before they come out to service your lawn.

The lawn and bushes look great. TruGreen personnel and always willing to answer questions and are very helpful about lawn conditions, etc.

Stay Away...

I had TruGreen out for the start of the season (2011) and quickly found out they were not the right company for my needs. You would think it would be as easy as calling and cancelling the service, but you would be wrong.

I called and cancelled my service with trugreen and thought that was it. I payed my last bill and already had another service out the following month.

To my surprise Trugreen came out while I was at work and treated my lawn and left me a 34.00 biill at the door. I called Trugreen office and the women said it shows that I had cancelled but somehow it got re-submitted for service. They made the mistake and I have spent months calling Trugreen, trying to get them to stop sendind me a bill, stop calling me at work and now they have sent me to collections. I have called and talked to so many people at Trugreen and only get shuffled around and promised a call back which never happens. I am now in the process of submitting a complaint with the consumer Protection Agency at the attorney general office.

I hope this will get them to make the proper corrections.

STAY AWAY FROM TRUGREEN

They come and spray when its not wanted and then leave a bill on the door. I have told them time and time again I only want two sprays...one in the Spring and one in the Fall. They called many times trying to seel me grub protection and aeration of my lawn, which I made very clear, I didn't want. After having the lawn spray the third year in a row when I didn't want it sprayed, I called to let them know I wouldn't pay the bill. I was sent to collections by Trugreen, so I paid the bill. I received another collections notice stating I never paid. When I called to clear up this issue I was told that the AR Manager was not in and she would call me back. After a couple hours....no call, so I called her. She was in the office and just never called me back. My neighbor and my daughter have had similar experiences. I really like their product, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.
