Great service for rental - had to get upgraded by Enterprise due to vehicle availability. I had owned a Toyota Rav 4 prior. This newer model was nice to drive. I would have to say this Enterprise office has always taken care of us. My only disappointment is there is no way to pay for an automatic toll incurred on a trip. You pay the toll after the fact but have to pay a surcharge because the toll originally goes to Enterprise. I appreciate Enterprise being proactive and paying the toll but wish there was some way in the future to have an option up front. Unfortunately, I see how this could become lucrative for car rental companies.
Very satisfied, Enterprise upgraded my car at no cost to me and was very prompt picking me up from home and taking me back after the rental return. It did take me some time to get used to the Chrysler 200 as it was so much different than my 20 year old Volvo. There was no owners manual which would have made it easier to become familiar with the bluetooth/audio features. The whole experience was very positive and economical for my situation
When I went to pick up my subcompact car on 6-6, they had none available. They gave me a midsize instead for the same price. When I returned the car on 6-8, they had my rental agreement under a different name. I had to wait about a half hour before they corrected it and closed me out. I probably will not rent a car from that location again.
Costumer service was great and friendly but not the car i was told and the cars steering wheel was shaking all the time. It looked that it needed tire balance amd it was bad because it was a 611 mile trip and it got very anoying aftee the first 100 miles. Next time i will make sure i dont get a car that wasnt mentioned it would ne the car.
We recently purchased a vehicle here, Mike Riess helped us. He was very informative about everything, made sure to get us in a vehicle that was fitting and affordable for our family! Great experience, he was very charming and helpful! We will be back in the future, and will recommend him and this location to future friends and family!
i have no choice but leave my personal car there in the lot while i dimruve a rental for a day. their new space is soooo small with cars double parking left and right :(they had a better location before , i thought. overall, enterprise is still ' affordable ' than hertz

Not pleased with the price givin online just to findo out its much more once you get there about 15 dollars a day. But was happy they do pick ups.
John was extremely professional and went well out of his way to help me on a Saturday morning. I wouldn't use another car rental service period.
Overall my experience was very good. I only have one pet peeve and that is they they need to have more cars available instead of SUV's.
