        Mike Kramar has been to our home to repair or diagnose our garage door several times over the years. He just left today and I must say this guy is a professional in so many ways. Part of our problem was storm damage, but part of our problem was a botched job by another company just a year ago when a contractor working in our home called another service for help when the garage door wouldn't open, and we were out of town. The springs that were put in by the other company were obviously used and the wrong weight for our heavy door, though we were charged for new springs! I am grateful the door didn't fall on us. Mike replaced the springs in addition to the motor that was blown out by the storm. He is personable, professional, and explains anything you don't understand. If you need any service with your garage door, this is your guy!
