Really disappointing customer service from Michael. His computer was not working, so he offered to take the next person in line just dropping off. When I got to the counter to leave my envelope that needed a time stamp (the stamp was literally right beside him) he refused and told me I would need to stand back in line. I spoke with the "supervisor" and she could careless about the lack of customer service skills he possesses. This post office should just be shut down since the workers are inept. Definitely time for fully automated service.

Worst service I have ever encountered. Frequently my mail isn't delivered or goes to the wrong address. Can't ever get through by phone because the line is always busy. For 7 years I've put up with not getting my mail delivered. I'm now on a first name basis with the people who have the same street no. in a subdivision up the road from where I live. I deliver their mail to them and vice versa. When mail goes missing, such as packages, and are not brought to me by the neighbors up the road, I can only assume that the carrier is dishonest or lazy.
I had a package guaranteed by 8 pm yesterday 12/3/15, which I did not receive.Online and via alert it stated that the area was insecure at 9:00 PM. This is untrue, as I was home and the carrier did not attempt to deliver the package. I called the next day and XX stated that they didnt know the gate code. People are in and out all of the time and would have let a mail person in. So another lie. The next day 12/4/15 I have been calling all day and XX kept telling me they would deliver the package. At 6:00 PM she answers and stated the gate pad is broken, which is untrue as my company just use it. This is ridiculous and unprofessional! I am being told lie after lie and now I still do not have the package which I needed on 12/3/15. I took off 12/3/15 because it was scanned for delivery at 6:30 PM. Still sitting at home at9:00 PM I had NOTHING, no notice just or visit just and online update that a notice was left...un true. The lady acts like I'm being a hassle. This is the worst customer service situation I have EVER had! My community has not received. mail in 2 days and they act like we are annoying them for wanting our personal items!
Unfortunately, I'd have to rate this as 2 star because of that same rude lady anothereviewer spoke of. She is the epitome of RUDE and doesn't care. She knows nothing will happen as she is secure in her good government job. It's like work is a chore and people just simply get on her nerves. Another employee was rude to me as well. But it didn't happen as often as the woman on the right. The best twoprofessionals to deal with is William and Bill. They love what they do and understand that they are in a customer service business. They are the stars. Without those two I couldn't rate this.
I've had good service up until they SCREWED up my change of address.I put it in online on the 6th of August, I called to confirm it was received and now NO MAIL at all??? Nearly 30 days later and NOTHING. I was told that they would pullmy packages and mail out of the box, no one every did and my package has mysteriously vanished! I called and spoke to the Post Master,he's normally nice, but he was RUDE as He** today.He told me to call every person and business that sends me mail and change my address with them and hung up the phone! I'm going over his head and beyond....A simpe "i apologize, i forgot to have him pull your mail" would have been fine.
This post office would be excellent if it weren't for one discourteous employee. Any regular customer knows exactly who I'm speaking of. This employee is down right rude. She complains to customers that she is sick and tired of people coming in not knowing what they're doing. She even finds fault with people who come in without a pen! And trust me, you don't want to ask for a pen there!!! And NONE are provided. I'v never been in there where she wasn't unpleasant to someone! Children expescially appear to cause her much distressed. I guess she figures she has a very secure government position. Which she probably does or she wouldn't be so impolite to customer's. So, to sum it up if you have a little one and have any questions and need a pen you might want to go to another post office!!
