Jay with Mabank Barns and Buildings was wonderful explaining the details of the buildings. He helped me make the selection best suited for me and explained how the process would unfold and the time frame. He helped me locate two contractors to pour the slab. They were very professional and did a beautiful job in the time and price they quoted. He also helped me locate an electrican who also was very professional. He began each day at 7:30am and was finished in two 1/2 days. He completed his work, including some work I needed other than my building, at the price and time frame he quoted. I would heartily recommend Jay and Mabank Barns and Buildings.

I ordered a carport from Mabank Barns and Buildings. I ordered a 12X20 and the first unit showed up was 13 X 21 and would not fit my space. I sent it back and they sent out a second unit that showed up with 6' legs and not the 7' legs I ordered. I was then tols I would have to wait another week. I told them if they could not get it right in tow attempts, I am considering this as a breeech of the contract and asked for my deposit back. Jay Dyes told me he was sending me a check for the $114.50, but it never showed up and he will not return my calls.

It is sad that he will not do what he says. Not much customer service from his company.

I would not do business with him if I were you.

Recently purchased a second building from Mabank Buildings and Barns.. Shopped around and they had the best price for what we were looking for. Delivery and setup was prompt. Had some damage that took a while for the manufacturer to fix but once Jay contacted them and said he would not accept delivery of another building from them until they did the repairs, they took care of it. Thanks Jay. You will be the first place we check if there is a need for another building on the property.

I shopped just about everybody around, and I went with Jay because he was simple the best. He called back to check on my cover after it was done as well. Jay built my garage and actually has the building on his website. Even though Jay is over three hours away, it went up without any issues at all. He was always extremely professional and courteous, as was his crew. They worked with me getting the framing placed and waiting for the concrete to get poured before finshing the building. I have recommended Jay to everyone who was thinking about getting a building. If you want quality work and a great price, Jay is the man to talk to. Even after a year I have contacted Jay to ask questions about materials and he is always there. The owner of this business is one of the most honest person you will ever meet. Jay Dyess does what he tells you he will do. He built nine (9) storage building for me,and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
