We knew we might have to break the lease early, but Charles and Pro Realty assured us if the unit got rented right away after we moved out, we wouldn't be charged for the remaining months. Sure enough, we vacated a perfectly cleaned and cared-for unit, 2 months before the end of our lease. Our move-out walk through went great and we were told the place was perfect. Within a week, new tenants had taken possession of the unit, and had begun moving in. Photo documented. Cable service started under new tenants name. Water/sewer service started under new tenants name. All documented.After our damage deposit was not received on the 2 occasions it was promised, the emails began. Now we are being invoiced for the remaining 2 months of the lease, AND late fees, AND unsubstantiated cleaning fees, AND our damage deposit is being withheld. NONE of our requests have been answered by anyone at the business.Everything has been documented. For starters, a case has been filed with the BBB....

Do not rent from them. Their phones are never answered and your left voicemessages won't be returned. They have scheduled multiple services done to my house WITHOUT giving me a notice. Whenever I want to speak to management they make me speak to the receptionist instead. My agent Charles is never on site when services are being done as he told me he'd be present. He is late to appointments or just no shows. He has stood up companies that are performing services to my house multiple times.
A greedy shark! Wondering how this company can still be in business for so long! Put my house in their hand and got back a trashed property, and all the deposit paid by the tenant for the house repair went into the shark's pocket under a ridiculous excuse fabricated by this lousy, unprofessional so-called property manager!
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Very very unprofessional. Pete Sandoval has been our property manager for over 5 years and it has been a nightmare.He is never on sight and is extremely hard to get a hold of. Despite repeated requests to have one of our neighbors who is also on the board (Katherine Warmerdam) step down due to causing trouble in the neighborhood Pete has allowed her to stay on. It is very disturbing to many of us. She walks around with a camera and takes pictures not only of possible HOA violations but also of family activities which is very upsetting. We recently received a letter from Pete asking us to remove the in window air -conditioner . Little does he realize that all day long we get the glare off of the metal roof of the community center making the temperature upstairs in that one room way over 100 degrees. Instead he allows other neighbors to have garbage piled up, junker cars parked all over, stuff all over their porches so that there is barely access to their houses. There is also a group of teenagers hanging out at the community center at all hours of the day and night, smoking cigarettes, pot, littering and cussing and just plain being rude to the neighbors that are working in their yards . All Pete at Pro Realty Options did was put up a no loitering sign, but has never been back to enforce it. We have been told by the police that it is the responsibility of the HOA and property manager to enforce it. When we do finally get a hold of Pete he just tells us to put it in an e-mail and get pictures.. Newsflash Pete..Teenagers dont like it when you take pictures of their wrong doings and retaliate. Several of us feel unsafe to live here...nothing is being done and we pay him a lot of money. To top it off. The woman that we have asked to be removed from the board...her son is one of the major trouble makers in that group of teenagers. Nothing is being done about any of it. I could go on for quite some time about all of the things that have been happening here but I just really want to get the word out to CHOOSE ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY....someone who does what you pay them to do.
