Terrible service. My order was ordered from France by family and to be delivered in the UK. It was ordered at the end of June and to date, I haven't received anything. The order was for my birthday and wasn't send until after it, which was more than two weeks after my family placed the order. The given tracking number is in my opinion just a joke because the last track of the parcel was Los Angeles, which doesn't make sense coming from Washington state to go to the UK and I firmly believe they gave a random number that hasn't got anything to do with my actual order. I have left the UK now, it's been more than two months and a half since placing the order. I have called many many many times, left hundreds of voicemails, sent hundreds of emails. Nobody replies. The website is a trap. They don't ever send stuff. And paying 40 quids freight charges to not receive anything and to have it sent through USPS is just a joke. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF.

I spent $189 on comedy/tragedy theatre masks that are on special order from Italy. He told me 3 weeks. That was in October. He will not return my email and/or phone calls. I think I am going to have to drive to Lynnwood and find him.

I ordered the Tragedy Mask- Red, Black, and Gold at $159.99 on the 6th of Aug. I received a confirmation email on the same day with a link I could use for tracking. I do not have a tracking number and I have not received my order. Ive call them on the phone just a recording that go nowhere and they dont answer my emails.

I ordered an item with priority shipping. They never sent me an email saying the item was out of stock or anything, they just haven't emailed me at all. I tried three times to email with no response, then I tried to call and got an answering machine. And still no package. I'm upset, very upset and I know my friend will be on his birthday when his best friend doesn't have a present for him. Don't order from here...

BEWARE. This is a business that offers items that are not in stock! They notified me the next day to say it would be two weeks to fill my order but made no mention of an option to cancel - only to choose something else. Not only that, when I tried to call them at the toll-free number they list on the receipt, it's not in service. And, when I got the local number from Super Pages, their voicemail was full. I would NOT adivse buy anything from them!
