I don't remember the Service Techs' name, but he was wonderful. Efficient, informative, very personable. He gave us lots of good information about our stove, since it was in our house when we bought it, and no owners manual.
We have always had good service through Sears and we will continue using them.

After 56 years of buying ONLY Kenmore appliances, our refrigerator will be the LAST one. Four service calls in 3 years. The last repair took one month from first call to finally repaired. I am holding my breath to see if this repair holds for a while. Done with Kenmore. Done with Sears!

I had a recent repair on my ice dispenser and while it took 2 visits for diagnosis and part order the 2nd visit fixed everything wonderfully and the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and answered my questions. #1 service

The repair guys did a great job. They are honest people always doing the job right. They might not carry all the necessary parts with them in their van (that's not their fault...that is corporate protocol) but they reschedule and come back another day.

I have had to have my oven repaired 3 times since I bought it for the same part. It had gone out twice in one year but according to the warrenty it has to go out four times in a 12 month period before they will replace it. It took a month to repair the last two times. It customer service line was not helpful, short and unsympathetic. I will never buy another thing from Sears.

Scheduled the annual service of the dryer but they never showed. Got the call and the confirmation email but turns out they showed up at the neighboring business and didn't double check the address or even the make/model of the dryer (theirs is a different brand and a front loading one where we have a top loading). They got a free service and I am stuck rearranging my schedule for another appointment. Very frustrating to have to reschedule especially because of the 4 hour appointment window, you virtually have to set a side a full day.

my fridge dispenser was not dropping ice the tech has no knowledge . At first he came and say ice maker was misaligned,it was doing the same the second time same tech came and say the fleper is bad he was wrong the part that engage the fleper to open and close that was worn out this tech needs more training

After having at least 3 servicemen to my home for the same repair on my dishwasher over the past several years, finallllllllllly what appeared to be a simple fix to the panel that had fallen apart & looked like sh.. all this time was fixed. I've had a continuous maintenance agreement in place for 46 (yes, fourty six) years so expected better service. hmmm

The serviceman was on time and very efficient. Knowledgeable regarding the garden tractor. Made helpful suggestions which improved the outcome. Would hope to receive the same serviceman should I need repairs in the future.

The service person was very professional and tried his best but I needed a new part. He ordered one and it was the wrong part.

They sent out a second part and that is wrong as well.

The phone customer service had such a strong accent that it was hard to understand her and she did not really listen to what I had to say. My experience with the parts department and customer service really sucked.

3 tune-ups under manintance agreements were scheduled. Dish washer; washer & dryer. 4 house before scheduled time, robo call with ID of 'Toll Free Call' came in which was not answered. Later checking of number indicated it was Sears. Upon contacting the number, I was told that my by failing to answer the earlier phone call, my dish-washer tune-up had been rescheduled. Washer/dryer tune up proceeded as planned. Technicians were great tune-up did not discovef problems. Technician also looked over dishwasher, utilizing an on-computer explode-diagram they id'd and ordered the problem part which will be installed when Dish Washer technician visits.

Also technicians phoned 30 minutes in advance to alert us that they were enroute.

They technicians that came to my house were great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that got me was price, $450 to replace the heating element and Thermastat with that. The guys did try to tell me I can just buy a brand new one for cheaper but I am a very busy mom of 2 and they were there. So.long story short, great, quick service, just a little pricey
