The initial cost of service was for diagnostics. They said that there are many different systems in vehicles so I had to tell them the issues I've been experiencing to let them know where to look. Overall, I paid for diagnostics twice. One issue led to several others, which I was not surprised, my vehicle had been parked for about a year. After $1000 of charges (a couple I did not consent to) they said that one of the parts they repaired, would be the cause of my vehicle only being operational for another month or two and that I would need to replace the engine. My frustration comes from the fact that they have diagnosed my vehicle twice and worked specifically in the area that was going to give out on my engine, but couldn't identify that until accruing $1000 worth of charges. I will no longer do business with this location.
They rip ppl off and very disrespectful to customers. The so called herself, a manager named Ann only friendly untill you pay. They give you warranty but they dont want you to go back. I called to ask about the job they did on my car that cost me $659.00 but she hung up on me 3times. She told me to pay another 1600.00 dollar for the same reason I took my car there in the first place. why didnt they fix it the first time when I paid 659.00 but, guess what? They dont want to be questioned. All they want is your card. Very rude and un professional.They told me they diagnosed it and they knew where the problem is, that is why i paid that much. Any ways, If you have a serious issue about your car, this is not a place to do the job right. I wonder who owns that place? I will contact the consumer report anyways. Very rude, unprofessional and not trust worthy. 0 stars

this is the place i love most staff is nice and kind as well as funny and cheery at times and my car was a sl1 1995 and it has bin runing as long as i have bin alive as well as i never got any one els to work on it most cars die at 5 years and thanks to them it made it all most 4 times as long saveing me time munny stress and the price may be high at times but you get what you pay for and i pay for them to help me live my life that much easyer god bless them

I will never go back to the Lynnwood Precision Tune. I used to go all the time but I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager there. I was in to get an oil change and had managed to squeeze in before they closed. I was in the middle of asking the manager a question when another gentleman who was waiting, walked up to the counter. The manager immediately started talking to the man, right in the middle of my sentence and seemed to cut me off. I wasn't sure at first, but I stopped talking since he was either ignoring me or just didn't hear me, even though I was speaking loud enough for the gentleman at the counter to respond to me, however, I told him I was actually asking the manager the question. The manager was very cheerful and helpful to the man at the counter. The gentleman at the counter started talking to the manager, but before he finished he mentioned to the manager that I had a question I was asking. The manager responded by telling the man that I could wait. After the manager was done with the gentleman, he came around from behind the counter to turn off the TV, went back to finish some paperwork and THEN decided to ask me what it was that I was asking, I told him nevermind. After I got my paperwork and car key back I told the manager how rude and inconsiderate his behavior was. I called a little while afterward to find out who the owner was so I could tell them but for a while I kept getting the same manager on the phone. One day I finally got hold of the owner, who is a woman. I told her what had happened and that I felt that I was being discriminated against by her manager because I am a woman. She sounded very understanding and asked me about a few services I had mentioned needing for my car. Not one time did she mention giving me any free oil change or discount on services for the rude behavior of her manager, in an attempt to keep me as a customer, which is one more reason I will not be back.

The good: The staff is friendly and I have never had an issue with the oil changes I recieved as far as quality.
The bad: Went in for a $19.00 oil change ""special"". Walked out paying $39.00! They added all sorts of charges without asking. Had many oil changes before from them and never had this happen. I will never go back!
I found another place that offers a real ""special"" but does not inflate the bill!
I appreciate good, upfront and honest service. They may be good with the service, but they are not upfront and honest.
