New Year's Day
Although I already knew what I wanted to purchase and they were a store of convenient location for me, I was not at all satisfied with their sales staff. Just hand me the papers and I'll fill in the blanks. After buying my first morotcycle at Motoplex, I tried giving them some customer loyalty. I have never been approached by a salesperson and asked if I needed assistance (2 years) when I walk in to look at new bikes.
The service plan purchased with the bike is a joke. That is, if they can fit you into their schedule. "" Leave it with them for a week and they might get to it"". You'ld be lucky if they acknowledge you at the service counter. I never had service completed when they said it would be.
I'm stuck with a service contract. In two years of looking at different bikes in many different shops, I find Lynnwood Motoplex ranks about the poorest. There will be no loyalty shown with my next bike purchase this year. My advise to those who are considering this shop...there are far better in the neighborhood and even a couple miles away.

My wife and I bought two awesome new snow machines and a trailer. We were impressed with the efficiency of the entire process and the level of exemplary service ewe received from everyone there. However, the true measure of their customer service was certainly tested at the first mile when my machine's computer mechanism shut down on Lake CleElum. After almost two hours of intense diagnostics and probing by myself and 2 experienced riders, we made the ""MayDay"" call to MOTOPLEX. Thank goodness for the complementary keychain!! Garrett Powers answered the phone and never hesitated in problem solving with me, and truly saved a memorable New Year's sledding weekend. His communication, commitment to meet every deadline, resolve, and amazing customer service is to be commended. Realizing that our first day of sledding was lost, he paid for our hotel accomodations for the two days His promise that my new sled would be delivered at 7:30 p.m. at the hotel was absolutely right on! This was truly incredible as it was my understanding that two MOTOPLEX employees drove from Lynnwood to Wenachee to pick it up, and then on to CleElum for the delivery/exchange. That's networking and teamwork at it's best! As stressful and disappointing as the experience was, Garrett turned it quickly around and totally took care of us! His ownership and successful resolution of a very challenging situation is a tale we will proudly talk about. Thank you!!!! We will absolutely refer everyone to but at MOTOPLEX! Great job!

I received FANTASTIC service from Cory yesterday. My Spyder was on the shop for the last recall and due to my schedule I wasn't able to pick up my bike during the regular hours but Cory waited for me for about 20 minutes after the store was closed, and had my bike ready to go and warmed up, and he even set the heated grips! He really knows what quality service mean. Congratulations, for such a great team.

This is THE place to buy your toys!!! My experience was exceptional!!! These people know their stuff & love riding/boating as much as the rest of us! I'm tired of pathetic whiners who think businesses can stay in business by giving the store away!!! Get over yourselves! All businesses have overhead & have to turn a profit to meet them! I for one want my local Dealer to stay in business. Lynnwood Motoplex is awesome!!!

My experience has shown nothing but Lynnwood Motoplex being a FUN, HELPFUL dealership to buy my toys. I always experience after the sale followup & help with any warranty issues I may be experiencing. Ufortunately, consumer patience is sometimes needed as I know that any warranty issue can't be solved with the snap of a finger. Common sense!!! It has been my experience that All Dealerships, whether car or recreational, have to jump thru the FACTORY hoops. Lynnwood Motoplex does all they can to work with the factory to get whatever problem I may have expereiencing fixed. I have found that if I call my factory's customer service department this can help my dealership help me. Factory's need to hear from the consumer & this in turn I have found can often push my claim thru. I am a repeat upon repeat customer & enjoy my before/after experiences with Lynnwood Motoplex!!!!!!!!!!

over the last 4 years, i purchased 1 used snowmobile, a new motorcycle, and then a new snowmobile. all of my experiences were delightful, fast, and easy. It is my only place for parts and service. Brian Benson treated me with respect the 1st time we met, and now treats me like a friend.
