I was looking for a bike part that I can't find at any other shops. I was so lucky to find it here. I would like to thank the people here who assisted me. They are really reliable.

Was a bit skeptical at first. The place is loaded to the gills with bikes. Harvey spent quite a bit of time with me and he was awesome. Took my sons bike and I was ready to pay the $50 tune up but he said it didnt need it and went extensively what was wrong. He charges me $35 and my sons bike ran like it was almost new. Was initially skeptical at first becasue some of the reviews I read were bad. I think those folks must have a personality disorder becasue Harvey was gracious, patient and definately was more concerned about our happiness than a quick buck.

I came in for a helmet and a bike for my 5 year old. I was quickly helped to find exactly what she needed, the man fitted the helmet for her, and she found a cute basket for her 'new' used bike and new pads. Also, my son found accessories for his bike. I was there with a baby and 3 older kids, and got all the help I needed. They gave me discounted prices on everything I bought (probably because I bought a few things), and I paid the guy $10 to put the reflectors and pads on for me since I didn't know how, or want to bother with it (since I obviously already had my hands full!) I thought the service was great, I got a bike for my daughter for $40 that's in good condition, she loves it, and if anything is wrong I can take it back. So far, nothing wrong, and it's been a month or so. And the helmet fits perfect too, and she loves it! She rode to school every day til the end of the school year in her new setup! Pleased! :)

I bought a bike from Harvey that had a $350 dollar price tag on it. I paid a little over $200 plus FOUR bikes that I had. I later found out that the MSRP for the exact bike, brand new, assembled, and shipped, is $200. Call me careless for not checking the price. Harvey, you are not a good salesman! It is not hard to sell a bike for it's MSRP when you mark it up almost double then trick someone into thinking they are getting a deal.

I was Referred to YOU for a Part that Im having a very hard time finding for a Dinobak Tag along for my grandkids, and i called the Phone number that is posted oN this websight and its a Consulting Firm toll free number,,,I will Go to YOUR bike store and Pray YOUR open on Sunday as stated here,as ITS a long ways away.but I was told YOUR a Dealer in this Product or Was..see YOU Sunday.IF anyone has there Phone number PLEASE POST IT..Thank YOU

After spending $150 on a tuneup and shifter set that did not fix the problem I went in for, they tried to sell me an obviously used Sugino crank as "new" for $50, and a mismatched crank arm separately for $25 plus labor to install. This business seems more concerned with selling whatever it can, than doing what is necessary to fix the original problem. Having known that Harvey's has been a Lynnwood institution for years, I am truly shocked to have had such a terrible experience.

I went there with 142 dollars looking for a schwinn mini chopper he was the only one in Everett that had one in stock got there and saw it was selling for 152 after some negotiations I came home with it for 132! that was a year ago now it has motor and is a mini chopper. I recommend harvys for all your inquiries

The first time I came in it was only for a new seat post bolt and one of the staff treated me like a highly valued customer, even though I only spent $12.99 for a bolt. I've been coming back ever since, for parts and accessories for my road bike, and when I buy a new bike it will be in this incredibally well-stocked and friendly cycle shop.
