Provided by Citysearch -I bought a new rogue and it was the best expierience that i have ever had purchasing a new car, The financing was nice and easy, And everything was prepared and ready for me at the time that we agreed to.

Provided by Citysearch -The finance guy was great, all through both deals, there was no pressure, none of the 'lines' that car salesmen use to push the sale. I would go back.

Provided by Citysearch -Great car buying experience. Got the SUV I wanted & trade in allowance that I expected.

Provided by Citysearch -I came here with a friend when he had to get his car inspected and I liked the layout and cleanliness of the dealership. What can I say, I like the smell of fresh rubber in the morning! :) At any rate, it was the first place I thought of when I moved to Boston, found a job in Waltham and realized I needed a car for the first time in my life.
I had, until this point, never purchased a car before and the guys at this dealership made it so easy. There was no pressure. I explained my situation (just moved here, only been working a week, driving a rental, don't have a lot of money to put down, and don't want to spend a lot on a used car). They only showed me cars in my price range, let me play with all of the buttons and drive the car like a maniac (the way I normally drive). They didn't look at me funny when I opened the trunk and kicked the tires (because my grandpa always does that for some reason, like it's a sign of a solid car).
I ended up purchasing a Suzuki, even though I was torn between it and a Nissan, the salesman listed the reasons why this was the better choice over their own brand. The financing department was also no pressure and I was easily approved for a loan, even though I don't have the best credit. I drove it off the lot the same day.
Best part? They're an Enterprise affiliate, so I was able to leave my rental car with them and drive off in my new(ish) car.

Provided by Citysearch -Kelly the only Nissan dealer in the area that actually returns phone calls, and that's why you'll never see my car on the lifts at Ira's service center.

Provided by Citysearch -As for Customer Service: About a month after I took possession of the SUV I experienced a proplem with the wheel bearings and the Service Center took care of everything!!! Overall My experience with Kelly Nissan couldn't have better. I highly recommend this dearlership.

Provided by Citysearch -I went to many many many dealerships around! This one is the best out all of those!
Tom Siuda was my salesmen. He was very friendly, professional and helpfully.
I leased 2010 Nissan Altima. I love it. When I picked the car today Tom explained all the options in and out of the car, he even helped me to set up my iphone Bluetooth:)
Try them before Ira!

Provided by Citysearch -I went here for an inspection, they took me immediately which was awesome. To my dismay I had a taillight out and they told me and had me on my way.
They couldn't replace it because they don't carry the german parts as they are not a german car dealer but the good part is they also didn't charge me and tell me that I now have to come back to them to get re-inspected. Someone did that to me before and it was annoying.

Provided by Citysearch -I bought a brand new Altima from here. They have a good selection. If you are shopping for a Nissan definitely check this place out.

Provided by Citysearch -I know what you all think of getting service done at car dealerships, but this one surprised me. I needed an oil change for my Rogue, and when I called for an appointment, they had one for me the next day. The service department opened promptly, the person who spoke to me was chipper and nice, and service techs of all shapes and sizes were fighting to help me get my baby carrier and myself to the waiting room (which is harder than it may seem). When I spoke to the woman inside who was assigned to me, she even remembered having spoken to me the day before! Service was quick, affordable, and perfect. I'll definitely be back the next time I need service, and I'll be sure to check my prejudices at the door.

Provided by Citysearch -I told them I'd tell as many people as possible how well I was treated. I guess this is as good a forum as any. I would definitely buy from them again.

Provided by Citysearch -I drove up from Providence to buy a car. I contacted them through their Internet Dept. The information I asked for was there. Patrick, the Internet Manager, gave me a ballpark on my car and the price they quoted me was the price I paid. It was worth the trip
02/16/2011
Provided by Citysearch -The waiting area is comfortable, they provide free wi-fi so I can work while I wait, and I've never waited more than a couple hours.

Provided by Citysearch -need to express my extreme disappointment with the way I was treated last night at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield.
First of all, my husband and I rushed from the train station directly over to the dealership to ensure we would arrive to our appointment on time, which we did. When we arrived, I asked to speak to Scott or Steve as I was directed. The gentleman who greeted us went back to the manager's office, and returned asking for my last name. He returned for a second time after 5 minutes (I had my phone out and watched the time) and said that he would be assisting us. He brought us to a desk, and said ""you're looking at the Altima, correct?"" I was taken back, because based on the many email conversations I had with the Internet Sales Rep, this was an appointment, the Subaru I wanted would be waiting to test drive and ""On the bright side, I can set up your meeting with our finance director, bring him up to speed on everything you've told me and he or she will have the knowledge and qualifications to configure payments to the Subaru and to you!"" (Quoted from an email the same day as appointment)
I didn't realize that after all the emails over the past week, I would have to start over with the whole story... As soon as I told the sales rep that we were here to see the Subaru, he stopped and said ""that sold days ago""...
Not wanting to make the entire trip a waste of my time, I gave him more information for what I was looking for. Basically, the sales rep gawked at the fact that my budget was $300.00 a month and said there wasn't anything that I was looking for in that price range. To his credit he did offer to show me, a Rouge with a ton of miles on it and no features, and kept trying to push the Cube, which I had to repeat myself multiple times that I was not interested in seeing, because quite frankly they are hideous. He than said that ""I should look on line, and take his business card, and if there was ever anything in that price range he would give me a call"" Getting up, without even shaking my hand, or my husbands hand, or a ""nice to meet you"" as we left.
I left feeling, that the entire trip was a waste of my time, which I had reiterated multiple times in our email conversations was exactly what I didn't want to do, as well as a horrible feeling that I was worthless and my $300.00 a month car budget was nothing and not worth the commission to bother. I understand how loans work, with rates, and different terms etc...Basically you can make almost anything fit into monthly payments if you structure the loan properly, but clearly the sales rep didn't want to put the time and effort in helping me find a car that fit my needs, in fact I could have gone above the $300.00 a month if the car was right, and probably would have for the Subaru.
I honestly feel that all the conversations I had with the internet rep were pointless, and all that talk about planning to talk to the finance manager, Scott or Steve being prepared for my visit, and having the Subaru ready for the test drive were just ploys to get me in the door.

Provided by Citysearch -I was completely satisfied with my experience from pre-sales questions thru delivery. Being able to get some email assiatnce and look online really saved me time. Had a wide selection to choose from also. Patrick and Josh were great. Will come back again.

Provided by Citysearch -Best car buying experience I have experienced. They are very honest and upfront with their pricing. I called and talked to almost all of the Nissan dealerships in MA, and they were the only ones who didn't do the bait and switch in pricing the van I bought. There was also no pressure selling at all. Perfect car buying experience all in all!
