Everyday they go to Brookline Street honk the horn a thousand times. They are supposed to be picking someone up on Brookline Ave. I tried calling multiple times to talk to a manager or an owner they don't even answer the phone. I would never use them as a taxi company.

Count you're money before you get off the taxi. I gave a 20 dollar bill for the driver to charge 5 dollars and they gave me back 10 when I called the office the driver said he gave me back 15. It's sad that people will get there hands dirty for 5 dollars. Ridiculous. I was a royal customer but never again. That one driver is a liar and a thief. Uber or Lyft from now on.
Service very bad worse company to ever take if your going 2 work always trying 2 pick more then one fare up been late every day cuz of this I would go back to toms be for I ever call them again ������������
I received a message from a friend who was upset because the taxi driver yelled at her when she tried to tell him that he passed her street, which she's lived for years.
My car broke down in the Lynn/Saugus line. The cab driver arrived sooner than expected, and he was very sympathetic and even offered to take a look at my car. Very friendly service!
The driver showed up late with a drunken lady inside the cab who insulted me all the way to the airport . No assistance or help from the driver , bad service and equipment , I wouldn't recommend it .
If u have a choice of this cab company or riding under an mbta bus get under the bus.
Worst experience I ever had! I called to have a cab pick me up and had the guy yell at me as if I was stupid all because I could not hear him. Obviously, I called another company and gave my business to them instead, but I wanted to make clear exactly why my business was lost. So I called and told him that not only did he lose my business, but the business of all my friends as well, and why. You do not yell at your customers. His response was to text my phone with "and u have nice day ur self and u will never get a cab". And when I informed him that if he continued down this path I would ensure people knew exactly what he said to me and how horrible his service was, I got this response, "go ahead and we will sue u we have ur number and everything so go ahead ur the one that rude." So, apparently, this company's standard is saying that not only is it ok to yell at your potential customers, it is ok to text them with that nonsense and threaten them with legal repercussions for letting others know how bad the service was.Think Amy's Baking Company from Kitchen Nightmares.
This has to be by far the worst taxi company that I've ever used . They're always late & the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. They're very unprofessional & I don't recommend this taxi company to anyone
