I've been a member for 6 years , this place has been like my home. Unfortunately lately the place is starting to go down hill . First of all every time I go to work out the benches are so close to eachother you have to climb over another bench to get behind the bench to spot someone. Second none of the stationary benches are bolted down, the incline literally rocks back and fourth which is not safe at all. #3 they have no movable decline , every movable bench is ether a straight flat bench or a bench that can incline. This is a problem because there is only one decline bench in the whole gym, atleast if there was a couple movable declines you could use them on the smith machine to do decline bench. #4 As of lately the weights are never ever racked. They are all over the place never where they are suppose to be. One thing I will say is that for the most part the members do a good job putting the dumbbells back where they belong. #5 they shortened their hours on weekends fo the summer. They close at 5:00 on sat and Sunday which causes the gym to be very crowded at all times on the weekends. Overall I like this gym bc it's what I'm use too but they really have to step it up. There is no reason these issues can't be fixed when members are paying 40+ dollars a month for a membership it is rediculous . Respectfully submitted

Highly recommend another place. I signed up for a gym membership and ended up moving away from the area. Of my entire membership, I used the facility 3 times. My cc was stolen in Jan, therefore I had to replace it. With the cc being stolen, my monthly payments seized to cont. at King's Court. Instead of the gym cancelling my membership, they cont. to bill me throughout the 2 months and threatened to send to collections unless I paid them. When I called the gym I spoke with the manager Vinny, he was arrogant and unhelpful. Even though I had not used the facilities for the past 2 months, he said I would have to cont. paying the past fees. It was not only frustrating but infuriating that mgmt cont.. to bill me despite me not having been to the gym. Not only was Vinny rude, he was unwilling to remove the charges. I find it unbelievable at how unjust this gym was, and how money hungry they actually are for continuing to bill someone who hasn't even been to their gym in months.
Worst management ever. Family owned business and they don't care about customer satisfaction. Just a bunch of liars trying to steal money from its members. I would not recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else. I am not a US citizen. I was in US with a student visa. I asked these guys if I could cancel my membership with no cost when I move back to my country and they said yes. They wanted me to show my flight ticket when I move back and I said ok. And that was what I did. I told them that I'm canceling all my credit cards before I go because I cannot pay my balances oversees. That guy in the office was yelling at me saying I will get sued if they don't get the monthly payments. Trying to scare me. Very disappointed. I brought these guys 2 of my friends as a new member and this is the treatment I get. My 1 year membership was over anyway. I could cancel it with no reason but I wanted to see if they would keep their promise. If I ever come back I will not go to this gym. 0 star.
Beautiful gym! I went during the renovations, yes the prices were HIGH and it looked like nothing was done yet. Anyways, got a Groupon deal (yes I'm queen of these online coupons!), tried it out for a month after they renovated and LOVED IT. I got a special Groupon conversion deal, signed up and haven't regretted it since!
Came for a visit/tour, don't think I'll be signing up because the price they wanted a was bit high for waht it looked like at the time. Perhaps I'll come back after their renovations are over?
