Top notch property management. I have heard nightmares about other property managers in the Lynchburg area, but have had a genuinely great experience with Priority One. There were some issues at the beginning, largely due to circumstances beyond their control (delayed construction on behalf of contractors) but Priority One was great in helping my roommate and I find accommodations. Very pleased with their management practices and ease of online billing, etc.

The apartment layout was great, but the management is terrible and the walls are paper thin. I've been living here since August, and I have a very loud neighbor whose room connects to mine. Quiet hours start at 10 but every night, she would be loud. I would knock on the wall, and she would yell back at me, threaten me, etc. I have been talking with management about it since August. It's now February, and absolutely nothing has been done about this. They have just told me to call the police, because if I didn't, then there was nothing they could do. The police then informed me that my apartment complex was not performing its duties, and that it was not the responsibility of the police department to take care of the problem with my neighbor. After telling them this, they would not return or answer mine or my parents' phone calls. It has been about a week and a half since I have heard anything from them. If you have any problems whatsoever living here, do not expect them to do their job.
Speedy process of renting apartments. I have moved out and clean the apartment. Have been 45 days i have called twice and sent out 4 emails. Still no return call or email. Let you be late a month they will call email abs even call someone you had on the application as an emergency contact. Poor management
"Business is out of Business" is the hand-scrawled note on the door. Agree with other reviewer, poor communication and service. So no wonder it has gone out of business.
My husband and I rented through this company for 3 years and have been nothing but frustrated since we moved out. Poor communication. Poor customer service. We never receive calls back when we are told to expect it. We were given wrong information about move out policies and were docked money because of this. Unfortuntely we do not recommend this company
