If you’re looking for customer-oriented, professional and knowledgeable salespeople, then Pinkerton Chevy is where you will want to go! Myself, as well as many people I know, have only ever been satisfied customers with them. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else again! A++ Pinkerton Chevy!!!

If you're only in the market to purchase, it might be an "OK" experience. However, if you're looking to possibly trade-in a vehicle; I wouldn't recommend CarMax at all.I went in with my wife on Saturday, 6/27/15 and the appraisal they offered was approx. ~$2,000 below the Edmund's, Kelly Blue Book (KBB), BlackBook, and NADA guide.I understand the need to make money as a part of doing business, but I feel the "low ball" offer was extremely unfair and made me uneasy about even considering shopping there at all.Just my experience.

I definitely would not recomme...

I definitely would not recommend anyone to even stop by at this place. The customer service is a joke, the service department is confused, and I was offered a car WAY above the value. I truly hope they replace their salesmen, especially the "gentleman" named John in the used car sales department. He had no experience whatsoever and almost brought me to the point of cursing. Very unpleasant experience.
