I was completely astounded by the poor customer service received at this hotel. We did not even stay due to the front desk associate being rude and unprofessional. She was hesitant about giving us a receipt and was trying to persuade us not to have a receipt because we paid in cash and she 'assured' us our credit card information was deleted from the system. When she finally did provide a receipt, it did NOT state we paid in cash, it stated we paid with our credit card used to reserve the room. When I told her I wanted the receipt to reflect paid in cash, she literally snatched the receipt out of my hands, rolled her eyes, grabbed the computer monitor and lifted it over the counter and said "SEE!" pointing to the CA in the system which was supposed to represent paid in Cash. She finally gave the correct receipt and I told her at that point we did not want to stay there any longer and wanted our cash back. She refused a refund. We had to go to our room to call the customer service line and make a complaint before we could get our money back. I would never stay in another Super 8 again. It is unfortunate that 1 employee will ruin a whole hotel chain's reputation.
