THE BEST SALVAGE IN THE STATE , WE HAD THIS COMPANY INSTAL A REMAN TRANSMISSION FOR 03 HONDA ACCORD ,THAT WAS REBUILT BY AAA AUTO SALVAGE, THEY HAVE DONE AN SUPER JOB, AND THEY GAVE ME A YEAR WARRANTY AND IT HAS BEEN DRIVING FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW .THANKS AAA AUTO SALVAGE , WILL TELL EVERYBODY ABOUT THE SUPER JOB AND SERVICE I GOT,MAY GOD BLESS YOU !!!!

Don't waste your time shopping here! These people are rude and overpriced. I went in to locate a part and the price quoted for a used part was twice the price of a new one. I gave them a second chance today and called in for a price for an item the woman who answered the phone was nasty on the phone and when I started to ask about another part she hung up the phone. Too much of a bad attitude for a business who wants to stay in business. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

One of my friends called and got a price, went in and the price was different and he got cussed out when he asked about the difference. I thought maybe there was a miscommunication. I called, got the price, repeated it back for verification, went in, and the price was 25% more than quoted. I was not given the quoted price and ended up going elsewhere. And while I was there, a phone call came in. As he answered the phone, he pulled a gun, and placed it on the counter pointing at me. Shortly after another person came in and he hid the gun. Shop elsewhere.

We found this company on the internet, they state to have a part to repair a vehicle, we place an order by phone , they send wrong part very far from the one asked.They decline our petition to make an exchange or a full refund.they come up with 20% restocking fee for a mistake they made, NO way to get agreement. we asked VISA to dispute charges.Next time please read Reviews before to buy, if something or somebody got a bad experience is because is true!!.
