Wow did we have a great time employees were very friendly and courteous we bowled and had pizza which was delicious definitely will be a return visit for our next family night can't wait

Service doesn't get any worse than this. I called on Friday 3/27/15 at 3:30 and asked if I needed a reservation to bring my family of 7 to bowl. A woman answered the phone and informed me that I would need to arrive by 5pm in order to bowl for 2 hours. I specifically asked if we needed a reservation for 2 lanes for 2 hours. When we arrived at 4:45, the man working the counter told me that there were no lanes available since leagues start at 5:30. Needless to say we left with 2 of our kids crying and the rest of our party very disappointed.
