I showed up with my pup and was running 15 minutes late because of an accident. The groomer refused to take my pet and was very rude about it. Just flat out- you are late, I am not taking your dog now. We have been going there for years. Never again- you have lost a customer for life.

I had an appt.for 10 am 3/29/14. When I walked in, the groomers was yelling at the dogs because they wouldnt stay still on the tables for grooming. Then one of the girl groomers tried to take a ladys dog behind the counter with the dogs leash still attached. The lady was upset because they were yanking the dog and her leash was still attached. My golden retriever came home cowering in the corner after this petsmart experience. Apparently, they said he wouldnt stand up for a bath, so they apparently locked him back in the kennel till u got there. (3 hours later, and no phone call) it took them another 15 mins.to finish him up.their excuse was 25 dogs were there, no one could explain why my dog was traumatized after this petsmart experience. I will NEVER go there again.please think of your pets!!!!
I take my dogs here to get their hair cut and they look awesome every time. Nails clipped, ears cleaned, the whole works.
