Given the times we are living in with shortages, sloppy workmanship along with major delays in items being sent to the warehouses our experience at the Lumberton Showroom was very good. Our salesperson, Loren did a great job of helping us find what we were looking for after our original purchased item never made to the showroom. In fact the entire staff was great and made us feel comfortable. Our delivery was timely and the delivery guys were very accommodating. I would differently shop there again.

Excellent customer service. Valerie made sure I had what I needed. She took her time, and made suggestions that helped me to put together a complete living room/bedroom set. As a side note, I had already purchased a living room set from another company. I had gone to Jarons to look for a bedroom set. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the same living room set that was half the price from the other company. I was able to purchase a living room and bedroom set for the same price as the living room set at the other company. KUDOS to Valerie (and Mr. Jarons.) BTW, I am a 'return customer!'

Valerie, my sales associate was patient, sincere and lovely. The store was accommodating to whatever I needed.
