I have been a patient of Dr. McLeod at A.J Robinson for about 5 years. He is truly a wonderful and caring doctor who has always treated me with kindness and respect. His CNA is an absolute sweetheart with her infectious smile and laugh. The front deck personnel are also very kind and helpful. The only down fall is the amount of time you wait to see the doctor. If you have an appointment at 10:00, be prepared to wait 45 min. to an hour before being called to the back and thereafter your going to wait at least another 30 to 45 min before the doctor comes into the room to see you. Remember, this is with a scheduled appointment, so I cannot imagine the wait time for walk-ins. Anyway, this is why I have given a 3 star rating. If they could improve the wait time, I would have no problem in giving a 5 star rating.

The place smells. I think it was because the equipment was being cleaned after each person. I did get a headache from the clorox smell. I would recommend everyone get some fresh air while you are waiting. I think the equipment needs to be more organized for each skill, so u can find everything properly like you would in the real world. We looked up the location on Google maps and it kept showing us the middle of the road between a gas station and a small diner. As we searched the map we never could find it. The picture on google wasn't updated but the building is smaller than we expected, really looked ran down and a small parking lot, all testers had to park in the grass next to someones house. It shares abuilding with H and R block and is right across from a M J gas Co store.
This place may be ghetto, and a hole in the wall but I did my CNA written and skills exam here and passed on the first time. I'm sure its who you get as a proctor, but we had a great lady. Very helpful and didn't make me feel nervous. My classmates all passed that day as well. Definitely worth my travels.
