The Colony Apartments

They are a bunch of crooks and thieves. TRUST ME YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM SINCE THEY WILL STEAL ALL OF YOUR $ AND THREATEN COURTS IF YOU WON'T PAY UP. They stole over $2,000 from me so that's another 1/4 of a year living in any other place.



This is from my original letter to apartment complex management and BH Management to which they did not even REPLY:



"Recently I rented the apartment with Colony apartment complex. Due

to family health problems that recently came to light, I had to move to

another country for extended period of time. Which resulted in giving a

notice to my employer and the apartment complex management. This was an

unplanned, sudden decision that was made. I informed the management as

soon as this decision was made (which was approximately 1.5 month before

contract end). I was informed that contract required to give notice 2

months in advance and that I will have to pay additional 1 month rent

which I did. I left the apartment and returned keys before the end of

the contract ( before March 31st). A week ago my relative found in

mailbox a letter saying that I owe 'The Colony' apartment complex

ADDITIONAL $ 1,300 dollars for due to 'contract extension/termination

fees' for April and on top of that 'late fees' which I was not even

aware of the fact that I owed money. This in nonsense, since I have

already moved out of premises and I no longer resided there. I paid 1 month

rent in advance for being late to give 2 months notice (I gave 1.5 month

in advance notice) but I do not agree with being charged for supposedly

making a contract and living in apartments which I vacated before the

day I was bound by the contract.



Contract ended and I left the apartments. I see no reason to be charged

contract 'remade' fees when I was no longer living there and provided

compensatory 1 month ahead rent."



I rented apartments in 10 other places, the worst customer service out of all of them and TRUST ME you do not want to deal with these thieves. Your money is better off somewhere else.
