As soon as I came in, they asked was I going to purchase anything? I said "Well, yes. I need new glasses. That seemed strange. I waited my turn as there was one more customer waiting. A nice lady helped me find some frames that would work with my prescription. My choices were limited because the lady said I could only have a plastic frame for some reason. I found some that would work, but then the employee said she had to leave, because "The company doesn't let us stay late. This was at 2:30PM. She said "Giselle will be right with you." I am left standing in the middle of the store. Somebody was sitting at the place I had been trying on glasses. I asked "Who is Giselle? Is that you?" She said "You will have to wait." She had just started helping someone who came in much later than me! I said "I just get dumped? Is that how you treat a customer?" She said, he is a customer, too." She could care less, I guess. I decided I was not giving them my business then. Even though I had spent a lot of time there already, I am not going to be treated like that. BTW, I went elsewhere and was told I could choose any frame style I wanted, and it was not true I had to only have plastic frames!

Eyemart express in Lufkin Texas is a joke glasses came apart twice in two weeks the manager let me stand there 45 minutes than went to lunch while I waited another 30 to be helped I was still there when she returned thanks for nothing Stacy Green so called manager
So i went to eyemart about 2 weeks go both workers an african american lady & mexican lady. both had customers. whenever the mexican lady was done she said "what can i help you with ma'am?"when she finished her sentence the african lady told her "i got her" NO ONE should claim a person at work ever! the mexican lady nicely walked away, i thought this was very rude!& where was the manager!? By the looks of it, this probably hasnot been the 1st time. waited 20 minutes until the african lady got done with her patient i told her what all i wanted & she quoted me $400 worth of lenses.. When i was looking through a booklet at the desk, she got a call on cell phone & answered in front of me!!! when she hung up she had the nerve to say"im sorry that was my husband, he is bringing me lunch today"What kind of s*** is that! it was the most horrible service ever!!!! i dont know about how the african lady does this on a daily basis but she needs to get fired ASAP, because that was unprofessional!
I was in the store when the below individual was, and all I can say is Bless their poor souls for having to put up with this horrible man. Completely rude; the Lord sees you sir, and you are ugly! These ladies are wonderful and I LOVE my glasses!
The last review is dead on, they were rude and unhelpful. Got glasses done but cannot see, Dr said the Rx is wrong, they say no. The salesperson told me they were in a war with other providers so its usually like this. So I'm caught in the middle of this "war" without glasses and out near 450 bucks.
These people are not going to stay in business long. They are very rude and unhelpful.
