I’m never calling Hamlin Marine again. They bought out All Seasons Mobile Marine last year and can’t handle the new customers. We called the beginning of June to have them come look at our boat in Tamarac Village that wouldn’t start and was smoking. They had winterized it for us last year after All Sports transferred their customers to them. Our winterization was originally setup through All Season. I spoke to a guy on Tuesday June 5th and he said his plan was to try and get it done on June 7th. I called on the 7th and no one answered. I called again on the 8th and let him know we were around that weekend if had questions. No one has ever stopped by and since then have avoided my twice weekly calls and Facebook message, which I noticed was viewed on messenger. We called Johnson Supreme Auto and Marine last week and he promised it would be done by this Monday but would try to do it by today. Just heard from him and it’s all fixed and a great price!I understand that this is the busy season, but not responding to customers is unacceptable. It’s obvious they cannot handle the new customer base that came with buying another business. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for someone to just answer the phone and keep you in the loop!
