        Overall

        Ramar Communications owns a TV station in Albuquerque, NM., KRTN. CH 33.1. This station is a network member of ME TV. If I was ME TV, I would be looking for a different station affiliate. KRTN spends most of it's air time sending cryptic pictures, frozen screens or not on the air at all. If this is the way a station owner operates in the public interest, I'm sure several letters to the FCC Broadcast Bureau will get results. The programming is great when it is on but the technical aspects of it's television broadcasting are abysmal. This station (KRTN) should be taken down, the problems found and remedied or the station should be taken off the air.
